Sorry to say but I am very disappointed with dasher app and door dash help center. They does not help you. It would feel like u wasted your time talking to them. They do not respond to emails as well :(

Please make tipping mandatory. 0 dollars shouldn't be allowed. I'm not greedy and this is definitely a part time gig, but still customers shouldn't be allowed to tip nothing. Also let me change my scheduled time. Thanks.

i’m a top dasher, dashnow has been unavailable for me for 4 days now! it shouldn’t be like that, top dashers should be able to DASH WHEN THEY WANT TOO!!! Fix your app please

The minimum amount paid to the dasher is too low and something has to change! It should be at least $4 the very minimum(double its current minimum) and people who live far away shouldn’t be able to take advantage of dashers,the distance should be taken into account. We should NOT BE PLAYING TAG WITH CUSTOMERS, AND RESTAURANT EMPLOYEES on top of dasher support! The app forced me to contact customer service, wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order on behalf of the customer. The customer actually asked me to leave the order on and said she would tell them she never got it so she could get her money back. I went into the app and followed the steps while driving to my next pick up which I’m now pretty late in picking up, the steps wouldn’t allow me to remove the order on behalf of the customer so I was forced to contact customer service after already going back and forth with Sonic’s fuuun customer service. Sonic said the item is unavailable to ask the customer if there was something they wanted to replace it with and I said okay I would call the customer and let her know, the sonic employee then disconnected from my order box. Once getting the customer on the line I called the sonic person back to say hey what can she get as a replacement? She said anything. I get an order from the customer and call sonic back and a male says no they’re not making smoothies?! Is this a joke I thought! Sonic couldn’t spare 1 min to tell me the first two times? None of this is even my job I’m a delivery driver. All it takes is some buttons for the store to say an item is unavailable. Or for the customers phone number to be included in the order. This should not be put on me when I’m already in route driving, I don’t know every stores menu, etc. You pay me a flat rate to drive the food and grab it and only if it’s delivered and only if I don’t cancel. I am NOT PAID HOURLY and even if I did choose your hourly rate pay, I would be losing money on gas and working for free. Makes no sense at all. I made originally $2 on a 50 min delivery including my costs for gas and my time I lost a lot of money on this almost hour of time considering a gas station employee makes $18/hour and isn’t driving their own personal vehicles. After 3, yes THREE phone calls to customer service I got paid $6 for 50 minutes and 6 miles on my car. on top of this my on time delivery rate goes down? I’m honestly too over dasher today to see if my rates were affected but I’m pretty positive they were. On time Delivery rates- need to be more comprehensive. There needs to be a way for RESTAURANTS to contact the CUSTOMER, they are the ones fulfilling the order and making it, I should not be involved in this. Makes no sense. “Check the order” Can DoorDash not see the restaurant seals the bag? Lots of this app needs a real update. The Navigation has put me in danger and told me to drive into non-existent driveways. Sent me to gps pins that were nowhere near the customer, their house or anyone’s house for that matter. Sent me to customers houses even though the customer called DoorDash to make sure the gps was sending me to them, only to find out I am an additional 12-18 minutes away from where they wanted their food delivered. NO ADDITIONAL TIP, NO additional gas money added. None of these were my errors and yet I work for free when they happen and lose money on gas. The app allows you a VERY SMALL window to pick up and also deliver. It’s precisely the time it takes to arrive and it doesn’t allow extra time for stores that take longer etc. quite frankly the allotted time is a too short a window and should allow a few more minutes for pedestrians, traffic lights, long lines etc. would be lovely if this was also more comprehensive. The app needs a lot of work

This app is absurdly worthless. I’ve been dashing for a few months now, and although it has consistently become less and less worth it, today cemented in my mind that this isn't worth anyone’s time. I’ve spent 2 and a half hours on the road to only receive ONE order worth 7 bucks. This is just the clearest example of how doordash driving is a complete waste of time. I was in several different hotspots, which never actually provide enough orders even if they are essentially the only spots to receive orders. The orders are consistently low paying or they offer you very few that send you in completely different directions than the hotspots. It’s essentially irrelevant when you dash, lunch and dinner times provide an equally low amount of orders. Overall, I hate this service. It is useless and has been nothing but a waste of my time and detriment to my car. I would not recommend doordashing to anyone I know and hope this prevents even one person from losing countless hours of their time.

disgusting support service. I worked for a long time and at one point the opportunity to work was removed and they said (there are no vacancies in your area). How can you rely on this company?!

There are days with no orders at all, others with a few small without tips. Also, the support isn’t helping, got no patience and feels like talking to a bot.

No me está permitido hacer un Dasher en mi área y tengo todo lo requerido por la aplicación. Ya me comuniqué con asistencia pero no supieron darme respuesta . Sé que no soy el único que está teniendo este problema

Buena aplicación pero que lamentable que uno lleve meses esperando y siempre dice que no hay plaza,pero existen personas que trabajan dentro (oficina central) que te consiguen cupo pero tienes que pagar mínimo 300$. No acepto tener que pagar para poder obtener un cupo 👎🏻
