Target App Reviews

  • Decent app, lacks basic features

    By RynoN96
I like the target app, it is clean and has been refined in recent updates. What is frustrating is looking for an item and it is unavailable at the store that you have selected so you look at a different location but you can’t select that location for other items, you can only choose to pick up that single item at that particular store. Another issue I’ve run into is sometimes you can find an item in store or even on target.com and it is not in the app, it seems odd that there is not consistency in inventory across target platforms. Another huge issue is the lack of integration with Apple Pay. I wanted to use my red card but I can’t just double click and open Apple Pay, I have to open the app and navigate to the wallet. This isn’t going to cost me that much time, but it would be nice to see my clean red card in my wallet app with all my other cards. Overall it’s a good app and they push updates pretty frequently which is nice and gives me some peace of mind that they will support it and keep updating it for the foreseeable future. While I’m here, I would like to request that you mute the stupid zebra/bluejay devices please. That honking in store is super obnoxious. Even turning the volume down a little would help.
  • Can’t find items at my target

Why can’t I find the good I want
  • Little bit hard to navigate

I was able to order for shipping but many items are available only pick up, or only in store or only delivery or drive up. It was difficult to do Easter shopping because not all categories are available in the same distribution manner so I had to figure it out and order by the distribution options.
  • Home delivery and locating items

Difficult on the target app. Don’t really want to do it again.
  • It’s awesome... when it works

    By Nikknak515
I love this app but honestly 2 out of 3 times it isn’t working properly. Won’t add items to my cart, won’t load anything I search for, etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still SO glitchy.

Please start shipping soft drinks!!! You would earn more of my business. The deliveries have been very professional!
  • On-line shopping

Is the free delivery being taken away for Red Card holders? I tried to order on-line today and could not checkout without choosing Shipp or paying 9.99 for delivery. I called the 800# for help and got everything but that. After an hour of being transferred from person to person, I got “disconnected”. I can understand stores being overwhelmed with on-line ordering but I would expect Target to be on their game. I have been a loyal customer for years. Considering taking my business somewhere else.
  • Frustrating

This is a really cool tool for placing orders quickly. The huge drawback is that you can only make one purchase per store, if you plan to pick items at the store. You must choose one stores per order. I wanted to purchase items from 3 stores. I just got tired of ordering on my phone. Add to that you can pay for pickup items via the app. It’s got a little frustrating and after the 2 store, I quit.

  • Email address changes

    By Abby-Reviews
Love the app but you need a way to allow customers to change their email address in their profile. I have no way to be updated because the email Target has for me is no longer valid.
