When did you guys change the usage of amazon gift cards to buy other gift card and why does it matter? You’re still getting paid either way but now that you limited usage of amazon gift cards to physical items rather than gift cards is MONEY LOSS FOR YOU. I’m never putting my credit card in this dumb app, I hope to God you’re aware of that.

But I find the subscribe and save to not be a benefit at times. I think you should have an order subscription now. Like when I’m out of cat food and dog practically in the End of March I had to wait till April First to send ship and save. So I would not have got in time. The ship and save did not honor specials that the manufacture of coupon was holding at the time but just buying once outside of subscribe. I find it different to locate the area on the website for ship and save and it’s difficult as well to cancel a subscription order… your 13 Merv Air Filters are excellent quality thought I would try a 46 dollar six month supply…this product I should set for subscription because they get dusty after 3 months but the Merv 13 simaler to 3M that I usually get at Walmart but so much simpler to have delivered to my door. I think these breath better than 3ms filter top of the line both 3M and the brand that’s 20x20x1 Merv 13 with Amazon takes viruses and bacteria out of the air plus common dust smoke pet dander people dander dust mites….very quality filter hats of to your buyers and a New company its seams expensive but people indoor air can be more polluted than outdoor air…dived 46 by 6 months or so may last longer than six months and will last 12 months or longer if you only have one filter. Mine takes two 20x20x1 buy your correct size filter many sizes and Ladies that live alone if you don’t know or been told you change the furnace for the AC heat regularly. Guys too I don’t think filter changing was taught in high school. I just can imagine dusty filters that someone has not changed in years!! No dust…Merv 13 that’s the best rated Air Filters…Woody Allen said, “Never trust air you can’t see!” I have also worked for Amazon and may return for employment…let me tell you folks it is a very fast paced company but extremely organized, productive team of employees that take there job serious in getting same day and next day or special order items to you fast!! I’m amazed at the automation but still hands are needed to get a package to your door safe and sound…I much recommend Amazon Prime with Amazon Video you get all the series and movies and expedited shipping…who does not want same or next day shipping ok don’t get it and wait for your packages. It’s very affordable when you think of the production cost for movies and series…they are so many selections on Amazon Video you won’t need another movie channel unless you want other particular shows…but you can find almost every movie on Amazon Prime or be able to rent from someone else if not free with Amazon. I have never besides Blockbuster RedBox and smaller video stores had to rent a movie with Amazon Prime. You divide $16.41 in half Amazon Prime and Amazon Video the cost of the monthly service and that’s $8.20 that’s movies for $8.20 and expedited shipping for $8.20…where can you see a movie even at the 2$ 3$ cinemas still open in the US with drink and popcorn or candy your probably close to 15 dollars for discounted cinema. I’m a artist not a math teacher…but if you don’t have Amazon Prime and Amazon Video tell them Keith Sent you to consider signing up an alumni employee at Amazon…They really have great series of all kinds of genre…ask if you can get the first month free?!?! It never hurts to ask Walmart at 12.99 a month with Paramount I cancelled Walmart has difficulty getting into my building they won’t add notes for drivers Amazon does…who wants a driver aimlessly driving around waisting gas trying to find you with out special instructions Amazon if you have made orders purchases allows you to do this. Don don’t ask me how to cancel Amazon Prime but why would you…the fastest shipping company in the world to your front door…of everything imaginable to purchase…my quartz and crystal collection is very nice I must say and beautiful…from Amazon…Thanks for great service, excellent employees…and free employee coffee and cappuccinos machines, tea and sometimes hydration punch pouches…this company ROCKs the house with stereo now and than driven on safety and FUN!! There are many clubs to be a part off…events to volunteer working with Amazon Tuition reimbursement…many full time positions. I’m looking for part time harder to find…but I’m going to keep searching till I find a Amazon site that’s closer to my residence. My commute used to take over an hour if rush hour traffic a 23 mile drive was brutal. But don’t worry if your late don’t be but you may use personal time to add minutes for your start time on the app or HR to not have a late occurrence on your work schedule. But they drop off after so many weeks if you forget to record a late due to traffic or circumstances. Also Amazon Pays Same day of work you just easily securely transfer to your bank account the amount you want other wise it sends on regular pay day any other hours of pay. When you have a bill that’s due on a day when you need funds for it same day pay is choice. Very effective benifit…ok if you read this far…and are looking for employment. I would just Google how to find a job with Amazon and I’m sure you will find instructions on who to text or what website to go to for potential Amazon Job Listings…Amazonian you will become if hired pass an HR drug test you administer yourself a mouth swab have to follow detailed instructions…be clean you will be fine very easy like self service hiring…you pick a job discription that best suits you and pay various on positions. But very competitive pay for a job you will enjoy…internal transfers if approved…I would give you a tour of Goodyear AZ building if I got permission to enter building it’s mammoth four stories sate of the art equipment…780,400 sq feet…trust me you may get lost a couple times till you learn the layout…you walk a lot which is really healthy… Best Regards Keith

I like the ease of this app's use when it works. Unfortunately it seems to lock up crash or randomly kicked me out several times per use. I hope there will be a fix for this problem. that’s OK I’m stunned and I still haven’t been filled in and I’m freaking out.

Recently Amazon released an AI “assistant” they’re calling Rufus. The menu to activate it sits in a bar on the bottom of the screen, constantly eating up screen space and you expand it by swiping up. You know the same motion you do to try and scroll through product listings. Rufus makes the app unusable, it’s menu constantly gets expanded, it doesn’t know anything and gives answers contrary to what the actual product pages say, it’s just a piece of trash that I wish I could permanently turn off.

Amazon locked my account and i don’t know why

I love Amazon! Lots of sales all the time! No spending on shipping if a prime member and Amazon shows and movies are good too. What more can I say?!

Please add dark mode. Please.

If your internet service is less than perfect, this app DOES NOT WORK I am sick of your cartoon dogs. FIX IT !

They said my package arrived but I the package I received was not mine. It was a different package ordered from another person in my house and I never received my item.
