It keeps defaulting to an awful location that forgets or messes up my food and has no communication or customer support the phone is literally off the hook.

Supper buggy. Can’t take my order constantly. Sometimes won’t even process it. Keeps losing my orders.

The first time I used this app, items were missing when it was delivered. This happens all the time with fast food, I can't blame the app for that. There is no way to fix it on the app though, the only way to do this would to be file a dispute on my card. I guess I will stick to DoorDash.

Unfortunately I am not able to use this app to purchase items on my iPhone. I was supposed to get a welcome chicken cantina which it lists as free because it gave me the promotional code, however, after I got there it does not let me order this item because it seems asking for a payment method even though it is free and when I try to enter my payment method (it is a valid card) it will not save it or even let me go forward. Will unfortunately need to delete this app so it does not work and instead go somewhere that keeps track of my rewards

I live 10-15 minutes away from Taco Bell depending on traffic and if I’m at work or home. I’ll order before I leave so I can just pull up, tell them I have a mobile order, and have them start making it then. The last few times I’ve ordered, it seems they have made my order before I even get there. By the time I get there, the app says my order is ready. Which means it’s been probably sitting ready for 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I’ll order and not leave for another 10 minutes, so I don’t get their until 30-45 minutes after I place the order. So please, go back to making it when I pull up to the drive thru. Or at least give an option to set the time.
