Coffee Meets Bagel Dating App App Reviews

  • The “Likes you” feature appears glitchy

    By Mhelmini
I keep getting push notifications that new people have liked me. The appropriate number shows up on the app icon (e.g. if it says “4 new likes” a 4 appears on the icon). However, when I open the app the likes disappear.
  • confidential

I can’t understand nationality- everyone is white/caucasian or asian or native American, whats about other World? Are not this application a-viable for other World? for eg. Europe. I’m caucasian and of course I like them, but I am not looking them, I can find myself them. It would be easier for if I could choose what I am looking for- nationality, profession, his hobby, styles. I am not looking a new Brad Pitt, but appearance is important somehow ( you know some of us wants marriage and children and we have right to choose how we want look our family). I hope this text is confidential 🙈
  • Doesnt separate itself from the crowd

Unless you are of 95th percentile of men, be prepared for zero matches. Your profile has the same chance of being shown in the plethora of other male profiles as with tinder or bumble. That is to say close to none. Was hopeful with this app. However, it was still a giant disappointment. Been using this app throughout the pandemic. Not even a match.
  • Terrible web design

    By bagel eater cnb hater
Hinge is a lot better than this app I hate the time limit, you’re pressured to talk within a few days when you clearly need a longer time to get to know someone And I hate the discover page layout, everytime I’m just scrolling through to see the profiles I will accidentally tap the like on someone that I didn’t mean to match with because the button is in the area you scroll in🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 come on c&b get it together!!! Designers what r u doing
  • issue with logging in

    By eww1
I literally just started the app three days and suddenly I get a logging issue. After doing the suggested resolutions, I still can’t have my account verified after I put in my login code. I was talking to three men that I may never speak to since I can’t get an email back from the app’s support to help me.
  • Piss poor customer service

    By grebambo
This app was awesome and I met a ton of great people; not all were dating compatible but definitely start up friendships. Then all of the sudden my account gets stopped and the link said I needed to validate. I have emailed eight times, sent the confirmation pictures they requested three times, email contacts were Ross at first the Monika (is the next ones going to chandler, phoebe, Joey, or Rachel: friends reference), and I'm still waiting. I had a few women I was talking to before this happened and now I'll never know if my potential match was promising. I'd say go elsewhere for apps until you see those of us complaining rewrite our reviews. This app was awesome and I loved meeting people on it, but the service is crap.
  • Nice!

    Great site!
  • Good app but kind of buggy

    By 吐槽妞
Good app, but also kind of buggy. Just not a very smooth user experience. I think they still have a lot of work to do to improve this app. Chats will not always update real time. Sometimes there are time lags in response. Sometimes, the chat notifications doesn’t not show up at all too. Someone would send me a message, and there would be no notification until I click on the chat box again to check, then the response will show up indicating the other person had responded half day ago. Overall a good platform to meet others, but the functionality and user experience can use a lot of improvement.
  • Decent enough UI but still a waste of time

    By Husty
I get a mere 2-3 suggested bagels per day in Austin. Other dating apps offer nearly endless people to cross paths with, but it’s strangely the reverse here, to say nothing of matches, which are few and far between. 385 points (!!) to “like” a suggested bagel is cost prohibitive and, consequently, a disincentive to engage with the app. I’d better understand if the experience were CURATED a bit, like OKC, but that’s not the case either. It doesn’t respect the age parameters that I select, and it issues daily notifications when there’s nothing to notify me of. I don’t see the appeal, much less comprehend the value, of this app.
  • So so

    By AlohaSeoul
Generally speaking - which is more often than not, I’m having the unfortunate experience of having less attractive matches. The more attractive matches appear in the “discover” section where you have to purchase “beans.” Then you spend the beans to contact the more attractive ones. Ideal way of making more money for the app. To me it’s just a nickel and dime move - aka rip off. I suspect it’s some kind of algorithm they are using to accomplish this. This is just my opinion based upon observation and from using this app for a year+.
