Google My Business App Reviews

  • Crashes all the time

    By bholmes81
I have been trying to reply to a customer for 30mins now only to have the app freeze while I am writing and upon reopening the draft is gone forcing to me to re-write it all over again. Waste of time

  • Treating all business as equals is best policy.

    By Readal
Treating each business as equals no matter the size is just good business. Some businesses think success is in how much money they can make wether being honest or not while others are just as good and better based on all the details they take care of for the end customer by not rushing through every job like it’s a race to the check. I love what I do make a living and am very thorough in everything I do. I think my small business is just as important to google as the big ones who basically manage their business for the bank who is the one making all the money anyways. Let’s face it we never really own anything, we rent. You can say your mortgage is paid off although you still send out a rent check every year for property taxes. That’s the definition of renting.
  • Garbage for communicating with customers

    By KSLV7
I received an e-mail that I had a message from a customer but the e-mail would only direct me to download the app and reply within it. I did so even though I do not need one more app on my phone and after that hassle there was no message to respond to. As if it isn’t frustrating enough running a small business, Google wants to play games.
  • Easy peasy

So easy to use & engage. Thanks Google!
  • Why can’t I report a problem in the app???

    By Story 1
How has Facebook made an app easier to use than you???? I cannot report a problem with the app INSIDE the app! Why? Why isn’t there a button that says REPORT A PROBLEM,,,, did y’all just assume problems would never arise? Get it together. The app is locking up when you try to rely to reviews. GET IT TOGETHER
  • Poor reliability

    By Ramzi417
As a business owner, I appreciate reliability. This app does not provide it. Crashes every time I try to draft a response for reviews. Horribly disappointed and frustrated.
  • Customer support is crap

    By cain enterprizes
The customer support is crap ask them to take down 2 bogus reviews that had nothing to do with my business but more people mad at a remark on someone else’s Facebook post and google refused to take them down even though they can greatly effect my business!
  • A little confusing
