Very week program, there are so much better options of workouts, cooking, healthy eating and so on.

I don’t see the value of the app for the price of $35. They bait you with a trial, and charge you automatically. Their customer service is only focused on throwing the contract at you, they are not interested in resolving issues for customers. The funny part, they were chatting with me in russian, when I used English. Even after I asked them to chat in English, they sent me this: “based on your name, we decided you are located in Eastern Europe, that is why we chose to chat in Russian” 🤭 They should write a book on losing customers judging from other reviews.

Разминке не уделяется должного внимания, также как и заминке. Два раза потянула руку. Плюс когда в тренировке много задействованы кисти рук, в разминке кисти не упоминаются. Также в тренировках Элины нет даже 10 секунд между упражнениями, не успеваешь начать следующее, чтобы встать из упражнения внизу на упражнение вверху, переходы очень резкие. Приходиться постоянно перематывать упражнения. В целом, если не учитывать разминки (я ставлю на паузу и доделываю самостоятельно), мне нравятся тренировки от других тренеров.

Идея приложения очень интересная, но контент совершенно не соответствует контенту платного приложения: очень ограниченный выбор тренировок, только тренировки с весом заслуживают внимания, английская версия некоторых разделов не работает. Ютьюб имеет намного больший выбор тренировок и их качество. Служба поддержки это вообще отдельное разочарование. Неделю отвечают на каждый емейл. Я попросила возврат средств за несмответствие качества приложения, но в ответ получила ссылку на контракт который не предусматривает возврат и объяснение причины как «сложности с осуществлением трансакций». В приложении нельзя отменить подписку, нужно заходить на веб-сайт и делать это в своей учетной записи. Считаю это приложение бесполезным и не стоящим быть платным приложением.

Признаюсь, для меня было очень странным, столкнуться в современном мире с тем, что покупатель не имеет права на отказ от товара, который ему не интересен и не нужен. Сейчас речь будет идти об «АВТОПРОДЛЕНИИ», которое, судя по отзывам, приносит многим людям неудобства. Я также, как и многие другие, столкнулась с тем, что совершенно забыла об этой программе и естественно, не планировала никакого дальнейшего продления. И тем более я крайне редко читаю рекламные почтовые рассылки. После того, как Wispence списали с моего счёта деньги, благодаря всеми любимому «АВТОПРОДЛЕНИЮ», я обратилась в службу поддержки, которая в вежливой форме, ссылаясь на их контракт, отказала в возврате денежных средств. Я, конечно, понимаю, контакт - это дело святое))) Но!!! Неужели не понятно, что не для всех людей «АВТОПРОДЛЕНИЕ» удобно?!! И здесь становится очень странным тот факт, что не смотря на недовольство и просьбы клиентов, РУКОВОДСТВО КОМПАНИИ до сих пор НЕ ПРИНЯЛО НИКАКИХ ДЕЙСТВИЙ ПО РАЗРЕШЕНИЮ ЭТОГО ВОПРОСА и ИЗМЕНЕНИЮ ИХ ПОЛИТИКИ, связанной с возвратами и «автопродлением». А тем временем люди вновь и вновь будут попадать в эту «ЛОВУШКУ» и платить свои деньги за то, что не используют и даже не планировали.

Хочу просто оставить свои пожелания. Либо я не разобралась, либо в приложении действительно нельзя сделать трансляцию на телевизор, приходится делать через screen mirroring, что немного неудобно. Ещё хотелось бы иметь возможность не заниматься по календарю, а делать тренировки хоть раз в месяц, хоть каждый день. Приходится каждый раз вручную переставлять график что бы система дала доступ к тренировке. Если не ошибаюсь, то только зарядки можно делать в произвольном порядке. Еще хотелось бы иметь возможность выбирать тренировку по продолжительности. Я вижу только раздел с типом тренировки, но хотелось бы заранее иметь возможность планировать своё время. А так выходит, что проще зайти на ютуб и по своим параметрам выбрать тренировку, хотя у вас все остальное в полном порядке. Спасибо!

Недоработанное приложение...деньги на ветер. Не советую ... Все есть на ютубе , нет смысла это покупать и ничего нового и индивидуального там нет

I’m really excited about the idea - combination of exercises, nutrition, sleep quality, etc., and Elina is a great example to show that this program is effective. However, the app requires a bit more work - i had difficulties with sound (no sound for videos), inability to update my body parameters. So I’ll unsubscribe for now, but will definitely look forward to using this when the app matures a bit, good luck to you guys! :) Update: I have been using the app for a few months now and love the results. Got my neighbors join, as well, since they really like how fit i look. Now I have a couple of requests/questions, which would help me make a decision to sign up for a year: 1) to add a capability to play my own music. I work out almost every day and the songs are getting a bit old 2) are there plans to update or reshuffle the exercise sets? I don’t think i’ve done a new exercise in a long time, and i learned the routines pretty well by now. They are still effective, but the lack of novelty is not motivating. Appreciation your time and consideration!

I found Elina by luck on YouTube. Three month in quarantine weren’t easy, gyms were closed and the weather was bad the whole time. I had to do some workout at home and I decided to start with morning exercise. I started searching for YouTube videos and found Elina’s morning exercise and abs workout. I fell in love with her literally. After doing it for three days straight I signed up for Wispence. Oh my gosh!!!! What a wonderful workout system that this platform has!!! After a week I saw crazy results and so did my husband and I got him to do it with me. We love it. Then I signed up my two best friends and my husband! I know it sounds weird that the guy is exercising with Elina but unfortunately living in New York gyms are still closed and he needs to move. Trust me, he used to go to the gym and spend two hours, six days a week, but Wispence Made him sweat 🤣 When I signed up my husband, I have no idea what I did but somehow I blocked his account and he wasn’t able to get in. The customer service was on top of things and the issue was resolved!!! Great work guys!!! Thank you for amazing workouts and your customer service!!!

That’s weird! I had a 30 day monthly subscription which is twice more then if you would get annual option. But I was confused to see that they charged me again for their service without even asking me if I’d like to continue. Definitely no, because I experienced an issue with their customer service which is absolutely not prepared to professionally deal with customers. I’m sure they not give money back and just ignore all messages. Had to call to my bank and report a FRAUD! Good idea, but the app is still in the process. They support team does not solve any technical issues and literally you should contact directly to the CEO to solve problems. For example after each workout you have to click button “done”. If you forget or don’t do it, you’ll have the same workout next time which is crazy I think. Moreover you won’t be able to do accomplished workout, so it literally means if you accidentally press button “done” before you finished your workout, you won’t have access to that till next time. When you try to contact to technical team they only try to kick off you with your issues. I don’t think it’s ready for common use especially in the US. And founders should really increase their attention to customers feedback and definitely their customer team should change attitude and become more helpful and professional.
