I’ve tried to cancel my subscription the moment it was mistakenly purchased. I can’t even find this app anywhere in my apple subscriptions. I’ve emailed and no response. I DO NOT WANT THIS. I WANT THE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED I EVEN SENT A PHOTO SHOWING THIS APP IS NOT LISTED UNDER SUBSCRIPTIONS.

"BEWARE!!! FORCEFUL SALES TECHNIQUE. The app uses forceful sales techniques. I intended to explore the app to lose postpartum weight. After paying for the basic plan, an option to select an additional feature popped up. It required just one click, and my credit card was immediately charged an additional $29. I didn’t even get a chance to discover what the additional feature was about, as the app did not offer a confirmation step for the purchase. To me, this is a very forceful sales technique. I contacted customer service immediately after my card was charged, trying to get a refund and explaining that I did not intend to purchase the additional feature; my goal was merely to explore plans to help me lose postpartum weight. I explained that my life is quite hectic at the moment with a newborn baby, and while weight loss is not a priority, I wanted to explore plans for future use. Not only was my refund request declined, but the customer service representative also advised that I should prioritize my health and make small, consistent improvements on a daily basis now. While her advice might be valid, I consider it an overstep of boundaries. I won’t be using the app at all and will take the $55 loss."

All of the food options are highly expensive, even lunch options are overdoing it (not everyone can cook an entire meal for every meal of the day). The trial said like 50 cents per day but went ahead and charged my card $29 (the entire cost). I reached out for a refund but no response, this app is terrible along with the ‘support team’ that doesn’t respond. Save yourself the time and money.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Saw this app on an ad. Said 3 months for $25.99. Figured I’d give it a try. Seemed reasonable. Signed up for 3 months and must have clicked something I shouldn’t have because I saw two charges on my account. One for $25.99 and one for $29.97. But there was no payment confirmation page for the secondary charge. Would have never signed up for that amount of money. Then get a receipt a few hours later. And the renewal next billing amount charge shows $99.96. Ridiculous amount for what this app offers. Wanted to cancel immediately but was unable to locate subscription in my Apple Pay Had to wait for hours for the app to update my subscription info in order to cancel. Canceled the subscription. Hopefully it works and I don’t see anymore charges from this app. Feel tricked. Very deceiving. App offers basic services… Things you can google and try on your own for free. Waste of money and time. Very upset that I gave this app a try. Save your money and your time.

Now reading all this bad review and they charge me 3 time now im asking them to refund me and they dont have support only via email please stay alway from this app they are theft how come apple alowed this people??

Unimeal lets you utilize their free trial, which is nice, but the issue lies at the end of the trial. I downloaded this app and gave the trial a shot. Unimeal requires users to add their card info before you can begin the free trial. So, I added my card but about a week into the trial, I decided I didn’t like the app very much so I either removed my card info or cancelled my subscription (I don’t remember which one it was now). I actually tried cancelling my subscription twice and it only worked the second time. After cancelling and/or removing my payment info, I received the confirmation pop-up about the change. Users are able to have an active subscription until the end of the free or paid subscription period. Knowing that I removed their means to charge me, I decided to continue using the free trial sporadically. Just a few days ago I was charged $70 for the next renewal period, even after I made those changes. Unimeal’s refund policy doesn’t cover this issue apparently. When I checked the subscription information, my account was marked as active again. And I had to cancel twice yet again. Lack of flexibly: Having a library of pre-creatd meals to choose from might sound nice, but only if you like all of the ingredients and don’t eat very much. The portion size is small for a lot of the meals. You can swap a meal or snack for a different one, but you are only proved a handful of alternatives. You can also swap ingredients for each meal, but some ingredients still have not been added to their database.
