    With the latest update, I can’t even watch Netflix on my own device at my own home. It says I’m not part of the household. And there’s not clear way to fix this issue.

    I honestly just can’t believe the corporate greed at this point. You can’t even watch netflix on your phone or ipad outside your home anymore? Really? What’s the point of having a mobile app then? With countless alternatives at this point, why would I pay for such limited streaming ability? bye netflix.

    I think having Netflix has been a wonderful entertainment for me. For, example all of my favorite shows are on Netflix and all of the new movies that come out I can rely on Netflix to have it so I don’t have to pay to watch the movie in the theater.

    If I can assist anyone with saving money, I will this backwards streaming service expects us to pay for an extra subscription if we leave our IP address per their new rules. If you think I’m gonna pay you 1699 for my child who lives at home to watch Netflix on her PlayStation 4, to watch three hours away at COLLEGE you have lost your streaming minds. Netflix used to be one of my favorite streaming services now not only are you disrespectful towards your customers with your pricing and your outrageous rules You can’t even get it right when we are at home.

    Netflix has stated all they love is money: constant interruption and inconvenience because travel and their “This isn’t part of your home network” foolishness has cost them the money they were getting from me. This is the second time I’ve canceled them; the first was back when they “added value” by attempting to split their physical media service from their streaming. They seemed like maybe they’d learned better behavior. Honestly, this second time was only because a family member gifted a membership to me. I’ve told them to stop paying for it. There will not be a third chance, Netflix. GFY.

    It is a VERY good app not gonna lie, but it could be a little better for 3 residents. 1) YOU NEED TO HAVE TEENAGE ACCOUNTS. Yes, it is nice, BUT SERIOUSLY!! I have my account on KIDS! I don’t wanna watch no woody the woodpecker! I want to watch is good teen movies! 2) Why don’t you add passwords on the accounts. My little brother keeps going on my account, AND WATCHING/ LIKING MOVIES I DONT LIKE!! 3) LET PARENTS MONITOR WHAT WE WATCH!! Yesterday, my brother was watching RED NOTICE BY HIMSELF!! Thank you sincerely for hopefully making these changes.

    Netflix is losing a lot of popular content including shows and movies. I was in the middle of watching Community and it suddenly disappeared one day. They also have ads now and have movies like Paddington behind a new paywall, which makes me think that Netflix is trying to take advantage of tired parents with young children who don’t have the energy to find a new platform. As a consumer, I feel like Netflix is trying to take as much money as they can before they go down and lose most of their original customer base. They also disabled the feature that I can do with most video platforms where I can put the Netflix video in a small square and do my other tasks on my phone while still watching. If I didn’t have the deal with T-Mobile where Netflix is free for me I would stop my Netflix subscription.
