    I keep watching the ads but then it never gives me the reward for it. It’s very frustrating when I watch but don’t get nothing in return. And then you have to clear a level of 130 but only get 30 moves that is ridiculous. Please fix the problem. Even after I updated it it still does the same thing..

    I enjoy the game and have successfully progressed in the game, sometimes winning 47 levels in a row on my first try only to have the game freeze or crash making me have to turn my phone off so that the game can reboot. When this happens, which is frequently…. You lose everything you have worked strategically for. The finals would be fun to attend but the format at which it is acquired, is broken. Rather than base it on purple stars why not: 1) shorten the duration of each level of competition 2) base criteria on strategy rather than solely acquiring purple starts… 3) what about those players that can strategically win a level on their first or second move even though they were given 32 moves to win? They would not acquire many purple starts but accomplished something wonderful! Now that to me is an amazing CRUSHER! 4) what about the white stars or crowns that reflect a game well played rather that focusing on purple stars? 5)races are fun but you can win 14 races in a row resulting in the same winnings rather than giving the consecutive winner more gold bars for continually winning. During the finals, the game kept freezing on me therefore continually holding me back while losing my status. I’m sure that I am not the only one that has experienced this. My favorite part of playing, is helping my friends! I wish everyone much luck in the finals:)

    Game stumps you at hard level so you’re either stuck forever or have to pay to get boosts. Very limited lives so you can keep playing but jokes on them it just makes me play less. It’s a fun game but I hate all these money grubbing tactics

    While at its core it’s a good game that core is just stollen from bejewelled and all the original things candy crush has to offer is limited play time impossible levels unless you use power ups that cost real world money and micro transactions it should not have ever gotten popular at all due to the entire game being stolen and given a reskin

    Hello, dear forum members and developers! I have been playing Candy Crush Saga since its inception and recently reached level 15423. I am currently participating in the “All Stars” tournament, where I successfully completed the first stage by passing 1064 levels. The next stages are coming up, and I anticipate having to pass about 1000 levels on each. However, a question arises: what will happen if I run out of available levels? How will I be able to collect purple candies to continue participating in the tournament? Additionally, I encountered a situation where one of my opponents was a new player. Considering that the difficulty of the initial levels significantly differs from the difficulty at levels 14000-15000, I am curious about how fair this distribution of participants in the tournament is. This situation is disappointing as it creates unequal competition conditions. I would appreciate any information or advice, as well as your opinion on the balance of difficulty and fairness in tournaments. Best wishes, from one who has been with you from the very beginning

    Plz fix this bug issue when I pass a level it freezes and no matter how many times I close the app it won’t unfreeze and I have to remove the app and reinstall
