App often does not show current temperature for the outside sensor, which is why the system was purchased.

This app has problems. It will work ok but the malfunction and not update information. The last update time will fluctuate from hours to days with obviously incorrect data. There is no way to force a manual update to current conditions. This morning the app displayed last update was 6 hours ago but had been displaying correctly an hour ago. Right now it shows last update 1 hour 38 minutes ago but no information is displayed. Would not recommend this app. The one you have to pay for might be better but I will not pay for it based on the current track record. Expected more from LaCrosse

This app was pretty good and loved the day stream option to display various metrics on station. Past month this has been iffy at best. Will connect sporadically, feeeze, not update etc. not sure they are aware of issue but hopefully they fix it soon. Will upgrade rating of do.

My first station broke and was bugged and they let me keep it and they sent another for free. Thank you!! Very good, haven’t had a problem since that happened. Good overall and customer service is great and fast.

Both phone with app and device is on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Goes thru the information transfer routine then fails. Every single time. I’ve shut down Mesh. No difference. I’ve done factory reset. No help App is no help at all.

I wrote customer service several times regarding the remote viewing feature on this weather station. They walked me through resetting it, but I’ve never been able to use the feature through the app, which is why I bought this device. Other than that, it’s a decent weather station, although the outdoor humidity has always been pegged at 99%.

Fantastic weather coverage. Outside, inside temps, wind speed and rain amounts. And you can monitor your conditions from anywhere that has internet! See what’s going on weather wise while you are away on vacation.
