Absolutely horrible costumer service. They deceived me into charging an annual subscription without warning and refused to refund my card, despite it being the DAY they charged my account. Please note NOTHING on this APP works for your account settings…everything must be done though their website (regardless of it being an app based program). Don’t even try this- not worth the headache

I got this app during a sale, and although it’s been nice, I don’t think I’ll expand beyond my current subscription. The app is laid out in a way that just feels really confusing and overwhelming to me. For example, the search comes back with really different results when you look for “morning quick Pilates” vs. searching “morning quick” and then using the Pilates filter. There are just SO MANY classes on this app and they’re not tagged in a way that feels intuitive to me. Also, you can save classes in the favorites folder, in your library, in collections, in the classes folder,….it’s hard to keep track.

Developers are aware of issues and say they will fix them, but it’s been months.

Glo has anchored my life in self-care practices of meditation and physical exercise. I love the spirit of YogaGlo. It does good in this world.

how do I change my weekly goal? I’ve looked everywhere and the option to change it is not there.

I’ve been a yoga glo member since 2010 and have loved the creative sequencing of classes and the variety of teachers. Yoga glo has been with me through the pregnancies and now childhoods of my two children, through pandemic times and more. Thank you so much for providing these classes and continuing to grow your platform!

I’ve been on Yoga Glo since I was pregnant with my first child. I can’t say enough good things about this platform. And I’ve really tested out many of the different styles. In fact, I now advocate that Yoga is for EVERYBODY and try to educate about the different styles of yoga and ways to learn how to modify. This is a very different experience than when you take yoga at a resort or on a cruise and they try to contort and force you into positions. I think that turns most people off of Yoga. Yoga Glo is helping to educate people who are new to yoga and satisfy whatever your Yoga needs are for the more advanced practitioner. For me, it’s a no-brainer that you can choose on demand whenever you have time and filter based on duration, style, Teacher. It’s so much better than trying to carve out time to practice at a specific time with other people where you have to drive to and from. On demand is really the only way I can have a yoga practice as a young working mother. I’m sure others can relate. I need to shout out to my teachers I’ve had for over a decade that I’ve never met-Felicia Tomasko, Stephanie, and Tiffany. You’ve helped me far more than you can ever realize through pregnancy, postpartum, now my next life stage in perimenopause and everything in between. You’ve anchored me and helped me get through six surgeries on my knees, along with severe anxiety and depression. I have so much gratitude for you and this platform.

If we use it a fraction as often as other streaming service it will literally change our lives!

I’ve used Glo for 10 years now and still going strong w daily meditations & yoga classes!! Love all the new content as well ❤️🙌
