New update is a huge improvement

This app signs me out constantly and has made day tracking impossible.

Stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Can’t get any support. FAQs regarding location GPS don’t make sense. Settings, account settings????? Where???

I don’t understand how this app was released. The basic entry fields in the app aren’t labeled and all the text you enter is white on a white background. I was finally able to guess the fields they wanted, but then couldn’t enter dates into when I was where over the past number of months. I don’t get it. Completely and totally unusable. Why bother releasing this to the App Store?

I was just audited by NY. It was stress-free and hassle free as this app organized so much key data effortlessly. It will likely save me several hours of my life and untold money. It’s essential.

Who can say when? Won’t open now

The sign up screens don’t work. Text fields don’t accept text, got to step two of a 5 step registration process and app simply doesn’t allow any input or way to succeed. Can’t find any support articles to solve.

While I love this app and it’s very useful for me, it uses a HUGE amount of data in the background. Last month is used 3.8 GB of my cellular data and I’m having to look for alternatives because of that.

Crashes when I open it and I just realized that is stopped recording my location at the end of May Not useful if you cannot rely on it

I purchased this app to track my days in NY and Fla. it was easy to set up, and is working as expected. It has noted my days in Fla, NY and for when I had a trip to Texas. My first question to tech support was answered within 24 hours, and my second within 3 minutes, each by email. Both questions were fairly simple in hindsight. And the person who answered my questions: the founder and President. Impressive.
