Love it

I love the different exercises every day. I get a great workout and I’m also so starting to see improvements in my muscle tone.

Good app at keeping track of weights used previously and the ability to modify or change exercises. Intuitive and easy to use. No thinking what exercises to do, just show up, start the app and get to work. My biggest wish would be able to select workouts based on time available. They are typically 1.5 hours. I don’t have that kind of time. A 45 minute fast paced workout for example. The total workout times could be decreased by a lot by shortening the rests. The rests are typically 2 minutes between sets. You can change that after each set, but prefer to not have to do that.

I have used this app since 2020 and I loved it. However, with the latest update I kept having issue with the app crashing as well as the app running in the Dynamic Island even after I closed the app. So I deleted and redownloaded the app in an effort to fix the issue. After reinstalling the app I found that all my data from the past 4 years had been deleted. The developers have said there is no cloud storage for any data. If you don’t mind all data being stored locally then this app is great. If youd like your data backed up on the cloud, save your money and find a different app.

I loved it at first. I don’t like how the watch app and phone don’t sync so if you want to use the watch it will automatically sync with your activity, etc. If you use the phone app it won’t update the load that you where doing on the watch. also the activity won’t sync up so you don’t end up closing your rings Also the workout planer is not worth it. It will make you do chest and arms for 3 days straight. Or half of the workout is shoulders. Maybe throw in a leg day? There are some bugs that make it difficult to not give it a bad review

I hate this app, is very hard to used it with the Apple Watch, It keeps freezing and I can’t control the resting time from the watch and sometimes it doesn’t sinc with the phone

Finally a workout app that you can buy outright that’s not another subscription!

I love this app! A close family friend recommended it and I couldn’t be happier. It’s gotten me back into a work out routine and I’ve actually stuck with it and look forward to my work outs.

I like the videos and everything else to workout. Other apps leave you figuring it out on your own. This has been great for me as I’d never been to the gym and had no idea where to start. The only bummer is there’s no integration with the fitness app like Strava to show you exercised for the day. I’m in four days a week and it’s been great for my ACL recovery. UPDATE: good for a first program, but subsequent ones are just repeats. Doesn’t mix it up or use additional equipment that is available when selected.

I used the free week trail then I was hooked. I’ve been weight training for almost 15 years but got lazy during Covid and lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of weight. When I got back into the gym I felt insecure and lost. With this app I have been able to stay on top of my workouts and I feel prepared when I step into the gym which gives me confidence. I’m crushing my PR’s now and having fun and see results! I bought the year membership because I felt like it was so worth it! I highly recommend!
