I just want to say I love HoneyBook it’s been so easy for me to follow up with my clients it’s very organized . I left 4 stars because I feel like it’s missing a review section where my clients can leave a review after our session is done so therefore I still have to use a different management system to be able to receive those once that is added I can move all my stuff over to this system .

I created ‘services’ but can’t use them in the template. I have to now re-create specific services to add in a template block. No customer service for any guidance.

This app is usually great but recently it will not open and it is completely unusable. I see other users complaining about the same problem, hoping they fix it soon.

Helpful but over priced and deducts too much out of my pay. Also the app crashes a lot.

Over the past two years of me using this to run my photography business it has done the job. But definitely giving me plenty of my own issues. I missed an entire session because it wouldn’t show up on my calendar. So I had to refund them all their money. Customer service was absolutely no help so I was out that money. No fault of my own. not even an offer to credit my account and not pay a monthly fee. I figured after using it for two years I would get at least that

Makes running a business so easy

This feature was removed. It was a large part of the reason I used this app.

All I can really say is that I don’t know where I would be without HoneyBook. They seriously have thought of every possible tool that businesses, both big and small, would need to efficiently get client tasks done without stressing or feeling overwhelmed. Everything is fluid, user friendly, simple and easy to understand, while also feeling thorough and professional. Seriously worth every penny.
