When I am ready to buy and there’s all the different prices that I don’t know which one I’m paying for or how much it’s going to cost me. I’ve tried to go to your company website but that hasn’t helped me. To be honest, it’s not just your product I have a problem with; I just choose your product to ask for help. Your product seems to be just what I want, if you can just help me with my questions.

This app will not pair to my meter. It see it and starts to pair but it drops the pairing serup box so fast you cant read it. Wish i did not wast my $40.00 on it.

I paid for this app 7 months ago. It just started to properly work this week. I made numerous attempts to contact the company with no success. I don’t know why it started to work. I’m glad but can’t recommend the app as when it stops I still don’t know how to contact anyone for helping.

App is easy to keep track of glucose readings and insulin. Easy to use.

It doesn’t let you enter a reading in the watch app. Why bother with a watch app if you can’t use it to enter a reading?

This is a wonderful tool to help you track things associated with diabetes/prediabetes. So easy to set up and use and averages on how your blood sugar is running over a certain period of time. Great idea!

I got this app when I was using One Touch Flex Verio BG meter and it helped me reduce my A1C from 7.5 to 6.1 and my sugar fro 180 to 120, now I hope the app will add Dexcom G7 CGM to its list, it has G6 but I use G7 sensor pods This is a must have app if you’re serious about keeping your BG and A1C, I love it and I send biweekly updates to my doctor from the app.

Love this app but crashes every time I try to send a report?! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and turning my phone off and on and checked all updates. I paid for the subscription and this feature has let me down!!! Now I can NOT send this report to my doctor or myself…

It’s a great app. Works well and relatively simple. Subscription is overpriced. I had a 29$ subscription that I paid for on 12/6/23. Then I was offered an “upgrade “. Instead of upgrading my 29$ subscription to 39$ by charging me extra 10$ I was charged 39$ again. Keep in mind that this upgrade was done just a couple of days after my renewal. All in all I was charged 29$ then 39$ within couple of days. I ended up getting a refund for 39$ plan. Once my 29$ runs out I don’t plan on renewing my subscription.
