Will not working. How do you get a refund? There’s no email address? Anyone know how to reach them for a refund?

Where is the email address for support?

The log says it's connected but it won't download any zone info. Can't find any email info to email the developer.

I have reported this several that when a zone is bypassed it doesn’t display the zone name or ID.

Will not load, tap the icon and it acts like it’s loading but then the screen goes back to previous display. I have the latest updates for program and iPhone.

The title says it all. I couldn't get it to work at all. I ended up purchasing another Elk alarm app that I could get to work.

Easy to setup and use. Fully functional and support for this app is first rate!
