If a customer reports that it does not work, it does not work. But this customer service rather tells you that you are wrong and that it works, when it doesn’t. So better use other company’s service.

Just renewed in Sept. now it won’t turn on will not work at all! Money wasted.

I pasig but the app is broken and it is stuck on “activating “ I want a refund!!! I paid and never got the device to work. The customer support is unresponsive. Kaspersky stole $40 from me!! I can’t get a refund from the App Store. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Works exactly how it’s supposed to, love it on my iPhone and PC.

False advertising says VPN is included with my subscription. Very upset spent hours trying to see why I couldn't sign in. Thought it was my internet. Remove the free subscription I believe its interfering with paid version. Keep saying I have a free year subscription and wont let me use my premium. Smh maybe separate free to another.

Worked fine for a while , then would not let me log into my game , contacted support, after 2 or 3 days was asked by dev’s what game it was and WHY I needed it, What difference does it make WHY I needed it ?? Was told to d/l a version of test flight and provide logs, done everything they have asked and received NO response on why it won’t work, by the way I have used several other vpn’s with the same game and they work fine, I paid for the yearly subscription that’s not working and would like a refund at this point….

I have been using this for a while. It gives me less problems than cyber ghost concerning connection issues or the vpn dropping out. Kaspersky holds a steady connection and has never left me hanging if I walked away from my desk. The only downside is that there is no dedicated ip address with Kaspersky, but there are a ton of options otherwise.

App works great. Adding Upload and Download totals would be helpful.
