Communicating with this app has been extremely difficult lately. I have employees messaging our office line through Linked phone and messages not getting delivered. On one occasion I personally message one of my employees three different times, and neither of the messages got delivered, regardless of the fact that they appeared delivered on my end.

I absolutely love that I can assign tasks to coworkers and employees and hold not just phone conversations but text conversations with clients. Menu options are great and call routing is amazing. The only thing is that internet viability has to be top notch perfect. If you are in rural America, this line runs off the cell tower and if your cell tower goes down, so does LinkedPhone. Would be 5 Stars if not for that!

This works great as a business phone for me as long as my signal is strong. Texting, saving phone numbers, and voicemail work great.

Customers are having problems contacting me, try to call customer back and it calls me half the time. Answer calls and it sends to voicemail. I wish I had just used my cell phone number from the start. Waste of money and glitchy.

Sometimes you try to answer the phone and you don’t hear anyone there and you ask for their names several times other times you don’t have this problem. when you try to write someone a text message screen become so small you can’t even see what you are writing

Needed a solution to have multiple phones notified when a client calls in. The LinkedPhone app works great! All phones hear an incoming call. You can see if it was answered and by whom. All phones can see a voice message. All phones can view text messages and see who responded and what was said. No more asking colleagues what was happening with a certain client when texting is occurring. With the LinkedPhone contact list, my personal contacts are separate from business. The voice quality is great and it works seamless with our iPhones. Porting our business number was easy and quick. There are so many other features that we are not using.
