I have used the Pin Traveler app to journal over 100 trips taken over the last 49 years. The interface is well designed making it easy to quickly add new trips. I especially like that there are several ways to display my travel history through maps, photos, timelines or through various statistics. I tried several other travel journaling apps and Pin Traveler by far is the best app for my needs.

Pin Traveler is an amazing app for anyone who wants to track all of the information on their trips. I was previously using a spreadsheet to track my trips and this app takes it to a new level. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a digital record of their trips or plan new trips.

Very little features that are engaging. I paid and then canceled membership before it renewed (months before annual subscription would expire) and was never able to oh back in. It’s an annual subscription and I got about a month of it.

I have been using Pin Traveler for a number of years and it just keeps getting better and better. I can easily organize my pins into trips with discreet stops and select my own master image for the trip if I choose. With descriptions for each stop I can incorporate trip journal items. Trips now show a line connecting all stops in sequence which is so valuable. I also organize all my trips images across pins. I have 279 pins across 67 countries so indeed it is a must for me. As important, the developers for pin traveler continue to be receptive to suggestions.

I love this app! I have been anle to pin every place I have been over my lifetime! With the new categories you can now now customize it for your special places, like my UNESCO Wirld Heritage Sites.

I used to keep a travel map with pins, but it became awkward and outdated. I looked for a replacement and found Pin Traveler when I'd just begun an island cruise to Greece. I loved dropping pins for every island and historic site I visited. I loved it so much that I purchased the Lifetime Membership within days of installing it. I gave it only four stars, as I sometimes find navigating the features awkward and non-intuitive. Reading the help solves some of that, but my biggest hurdle is lumping pins into a single trip. And once a pin is dropped, it's hard (for me) to add it to a trip. I'm hoping a new feature including easy to create and edit multi-stop trips will be added. Additionally, since Apple has made it possible for some iPhone apps to work on Macs as well, I have been trying this out on an M2 MacBook Pro. It seems to work well, is stable, and using the trackpad as a "pinch and drag" device works well. I hghly recommend thi app, and I look forward to the updates and improvements coming soon.
