I’d like to start out by saying I was optimistic. They ask for a subscription while taking a fee as well. Solo Funds doesn’t require a subscription fee because people actually use their app. Lenme does not have enough investors on their platform to adhere a subscription fee let alone does the platform itself deserve one because it’s useless without being able to borrow. I’ll take the $2 on the chin and not gripe too much but I’ll definitely pass on this service ever again. I feel as if I was deceived into thinking there would actually be people on the platform but I doubt there is any after reading Reddit reviews.

This company is a fraud. They’ll charge you a subscription fee just to apply for a loan and claim they’re looking for investors for your loan, but months will go by without you receiving any funds. And then when you contact support they ignore you! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time with this app!

I am almost at the end of my third loan request. First 2 expired after 30 day without an offer. Tried a third time just to see. Nothing from Lenme to let me know if anyone has looked at me request. Is there a reason I’m not eligible? No way to know. No response from customer service. I just want to know that my request is visible to lenders.

This app is just like all of the other money lending apps. It’s legit, and definitely could help out in times of hardship for individuals. However, after purchasing a subscription k. In the app, in order to be able to request a small loan, the in app subscription section kept prompting me to “subscribe now” even though I had already enrolled. After fixing the glitch on my end, now my Loan Request is stuck in limbo, due to the foul up on the Apps end. And I can’t edit the loan, or re submit it for 30 days allegedly. When trying to contact Customer Support about this, they just keep responding with the HELP listings that you can look up yourself in the app. Could be a great start up, if they would actually respond to your feedback.

Horrible. Won’t verify my bank no matter how many times I log in. I don’t understand why this app can’t use Plaid for bank verifications. Customer service is horrible. Takes hours to get a half answer where they’ll “look into it”. Highly don’t recommend.
