I purchased the pro version but account is still showing free Lite status. I’ve logging off and log back on a few times. App doesn’t work. Waiting on customer service to resolve the issue.

This app is an invaluable tool that has been supporting me since I was a student of Acupuncture. I continue to reference it daily in clinic as well.

Got the full text, videos, images, and tests all in the app. What more can you ask for. The only thing I’d recommend is having a “full text” tab dedicated to scrolling through the pages and searching the pages by the numbers.

The app was amazing in helping me learn for acu points 1/2 and beyond. The testing helped me really get familiar with point location and the overall design and function of the app is amazing. Truly a must have resource for any student of TCM or even those that are just curious about the subject. Can’t thank you enough for making the book into this format!

Over the years, I have purchased a number of acupuncture apps, and this one is my favorite. I don’t know what I’d do without it! I have never really experienced any issues with the app and they are continually upgrading so I’m happy with it.❤️🙏

Unable to log in and no support from them after emailing. Please fix my log in issue. My log in information is correct and I can’t access the app on my iPad.

Impossible to get any customer service! 3 emails later and zero response. Had pro up for 1.5 years and 2 weeks ago it stopped working Now I cannot login at all. Getting some ridiculous error code about my wifi yet I’m currently sitting on zoom in class. Attempt to repurchased Pro (even though you’re only supposed to pay once) give you an Invalid account error. No phone number to address customer service. No phone number for customer service. Only a chatbot which is worthless.

Paid for a digital membership. Been using and loving it for 3-4 years. Suddenly without warning, I no longer have access. I tried to upgrade and pay again, but just get an error message. Also, I am not able to view my account. Sent several emails to support without any response. Ghosted. Will upgrade review if I get the chance use the app again.

I purchased this app only to have it stop working. While using it, it logged me out and then locked me out. Repeated emails to the “support” team are being ignored. There is no other way to contact anyone for help. Once they get paid, they ignore you. Don’t waste your money.

I purchase this, but it will only let me access the Lung Meridian. It says that I have not license. I’m a student in the USA studying Acupuncture. I did not know I needed a license. Can’t I get my money back.
