I’ve live in military housing at other installations at a time when work orders require you to log into a website. This has certainly changed the game. I like how streamlined and painless the process is. And the service workers are incredibly prompt and courteous. Kudos to JBLM maintenance and Liberty housing! Thumbs up on the app, and your exemplary service overall!
