The app is awesome but but crashes on startup a lot. Therefore only 3 stars instead of 5

Using this app to make your own memes is like pouring bleach in your eyes. There seems to be no way to edit heads after adding them. Repeated “this content is not available” messages. Unusable.

Not paying ! Deleted for good!

You can’t choose your own videos to overlay heads on like they show you. They have a selection of videos you choose from. Trash.

After looking to start a free trial I was charged the annual fee anyway then when I went to dispute it, Apple said I wasn’t eligible for the refund. Complete rip off

Everytime I go into the app it automatically kicks me out. I tried deleting the app and downloading it back and it still does the same thing . And it getting a lil suspicious 💯🤔

It won’t let me send invites to people or let me upload a video for a template. I click on “send invites” but nothing happens, nothing opens. I’d like to ad video to the platform to make a template. Not working

I signed up for what was advertised as a free three-day trial, only to find my Apple account charged $52.99 immediately, skipping the trial period. This was surprising and disappointing. Further adding to my frustration, I’ve noticed from other reviews—and now from personal experience—that users who paid for a 1-year subscription were wrongly charged again after just six months. The app, Piñata, seems to have significant billing issues that need urgent attention. It’s disheartening to see these practices from what is expected to be a reputable service. I hope the feedback is taken seriously, and the necessary changes are made to ensure fair and transparent billing practices.

Misapplication. They deducted one year from me. It's unfair that they charged me. If not even a day has passed since the free trial and the money has already been debited from my account. I am dissatisfied.
