The payment methods are limited, the help request is even more limited. The app matches the company, incompetent. Stay away from it if possible.

Garbage Company. They will have server and app issues on the day you owe rent and they magically disappear after they charge you a late fee.

I don’t like that they add your utilities to your rent balance, and you don’t have the option of paying just your rent or your utilities and you are charged a late fee on the utilities when the rent is paid in full and the utilities is not

I love making my payment this way

I never had to pay fees to pay my bills. I believe this action should cease.

The app is a copy paste of other tenant portal apps so it’s not original at all. It works some of the times and maintenance is handled outside of the app via a link to safari or browser.

Keep it up..

Need to change to the selection to another color or at least the background. It’s hard to see the purple selection with a black background.

It would be nice if it would divide the payments instead of lumping utilities rent and maintenance charges into one total giving no control over where you put the money you have to pay with.
