Awesome, streamlined, elegant, uselful. This small app takes up barely any space but always lets you know exactly what's going on outside– just by glancing at the menu bar. You can select from several different weather sources and more detailed information, including 7 day forecasts, is available with just one click.

The app is useless unless you pay and BTW pay a lot.

At times, the data seems somewhat ok. But then it just goes wacko. Example: Apple weather says it's mid 80s (there's no possible way, unless Apple is getting its data from another state), and VC and Open say low 70s. Then VC and Open say next week a few days of 108 degrees. Our local weather says more like mid 90s....I can't rely on these sources, so cancelling and going back to old fashioned, checking websites. Also, this is set to open on startup, but it doesn't. The ads say it updates every ten minutes. I've checked after large rainstorms have moved through (which drops the temp substantially), and if it works, it may take an hour to update. It's just a piece of crap.

Temperature not accurate for my city. Allways 6 degrees too warm.

I downloaded it, payed 0.99 for it and didn't open.

i like this app. wanted to give it five stars. but lately app fails to load and when i go to change the weather station from where it fetches its information, the weather seems to be wrong. I will give it a few more days to get it right before i cancel the sub and find another one that works properly. thanks.

Below is my original review. The fix suggestion from the developer worked. I figured it was an issue with Dark Sky as I heard some news on it but was unaware that I could change the forecast source. I am updating from 1 star to 5 stars. My favorite weather app with just the information I need without the clutter a lot of other weather apps have and I appreciate the helpful developer response. ------------------- The app seems to have quit working. It was the best weather app I've tried until it stopped. Tried all the regular stuff: closing/reopening, refreshing, restoring purchases, uninstalling/reinstalling. It's just dead. I was just charged the monthly subscription fee too. Nothing.

Simply stated, I pay monthly but does NOT work. I would NOT recommend purchasing at all.

It appears the dark sky API is now down -- the app no longer works :(

The Weatherly app on my desktop and my laptop is not active today. Location services are on and my subscription is active. I will send an email to the address given. Up until today I have been happy with this app. What is going on, please?
