This app does most of what I need. The one issue is that if you want to charge only within a specific period, you MUST set a departure time. And if that time is too close to the charging period, your charging period is meaningless. I charge frequently with a L1 connection, so my charging periods are longer. And with 2 EVs, being able to schedule charging on a single circuit breaker is important. Having to jump through mental gymnastics to calculate when I can even program the charging period is not desirable. Other than that, the app is brilliant and a pleasure to use!

The app is simple to use, attractively designed, and features a wide variety of functions.

Love the app minus the small lags and responsive issues. It predominantly happens when using it on the Apple Watch but sometimes happens with phone too. For example, trying to start climatize or unlocking doors. It is specifically consistent on said lag after car has been turned off and dormant for a couple hours or more. It would also be cool to add some new features at some point like what temperature to climatize straight from the app, interior lighting, steering wheel/seat heating, etc

cluttered, inconsistent and unintuitive UI design (some features require guessing where to tap) frequently requires re-login and doesn’t coordinate well with Apple passwords system; makes you set a new pin each time this happens has misleading and incomplete info - have to carefully observe to know when data hasn’t been updated for hours and no way to force an update; inexplicably omits certain useful info such as outside temperature at car has some features that have different names but do the same thing links to a user manual that doesn’t match our car (2025 countryman se)

I have to go theu hoops and call customer service who then told me to email an account just to register my 2024 mini cooper with the app.

I really wish we could do much more within the app. Sometimes I think “oh, maybe this is something I can do in the app, like setup my profile and other settings.” Then I am disappointed.

I owns 2024 mini countryman. When I first got my car I had no issues connecting and using this app. However, at some point it disconnected and now I cannot get it to reconnect to my car.

I can never get past the registration screen as it always gives me an error. My vin number is correct but it won’t take it… keeps telling me “technical error.” Super useful!
