Not user friendly to many ads, doesn’t allow user to complete install

It says free not. Then it says you need remote for first time se up well if I had remote I probably wouldn’t try yo download one. Also, purchased in 2019 worked well for a year and a half and has been trouble ever since customer service also not good. Samsung used to be the top of the line in electronics. But now since they’ve decided they want to make everything including the kitchen sink probably they’ve spread too thin and their products that I own dishwasher refrigerator washer dryer not good.

Completely worthless. You unable to connect to TV.

I got one free use video. AND IT WAS UPSIDE DOWN! you should be able to edit the videos through the app. You should also get like 10 free videos a week. Completely useless if you want it free. Like cmon I used my one free use and it’s upside down. Scam basically. I am keeping this app for now to see future updates, but for now I’m not touching it once.
