IT WAS A GREAT FREE APP

I had been using this app since 2022, since it was free free. I added hundreds of clothing items. Now it’s telling me i need to subscribe to modify my clothing items or add more items. Because of the amount I uploaded when it was free, I would need the $25/month plan…. no thanks. it was a great app, ruined by greed. It also has ads now, which is fine and a great way to keep the app free, but limiting the amount of clothes and forcing me to a $25/month plan is getting deleted. Big L!
Like it & could use more features

I started using the app to to be more conscious of the clothes I already own and aren’t wearing. It has great features for this: seeing cost per wear, seeing your total closet investment $, etc. It has made me think twice about purchasing new clothes and has encouraged me to pull things out that I’ve neglected. Since I use it specifically to address use and consumption, I use the outfit of the day calendar tracker and style settings the most. A few suggestions for feature enhancement: 1) when logging outfits, allow a search by brand, 2) adding new brands takes too many steps, 3) make Style Stats easier to open versus navigating to settings, 4) photo colors look very off when they go through the AI tool. They don’t look that dark/dingy on my camera roll, when uploading garments you’ve owned for years, it would be nice to choose whether to depreciate the cost of the item- some items I’ve worn a lot over 2-3 years, so the cost-per-wear gets skewed when it starts calculating from the date uploaded/logged.

Immediately deleted the app when it asks to pay. After you add over 100 items you need to pay to continue use the app.

I lovedddd this app so much so I was willing to tell people how crazy I was for taking pictures of all of my clothes, uploading them to this app, and creating outfits. Then, they decided to charge a monthly/yearly subscription to add more than 100 items. At first I was like, no biggie, I can just delete certain accessories but then the longest 15 second ads would play after every outfit you’d input. Like others, I would’ve totally paid it if it was a one time purchase. So alas, I moved on to an app called Stylebook. It’s a one time $5 charge if anyone is curious!

I loved creating outfits and having a digital library of my closet was so helpful but the recent changes where now you have to pay for a monthly or yearly subscription is disappointing. I’d pay one flat fee for the app but not a subscription. If you choose the free option you’re limited to how much you can store and create and will get 15-30 second ads every time you click on something. I’m so disappointed in this app now. Time to uninstall and find something new. Or even go back to keynotes like I originally used to organized my outfits.

Was a cool app but I’m definitely not willing to pay $25/month to be able to add an unlimited number of clothes. It’s irritating because I spent a lot of time adding my clothes into the app. If it were a one time fee I would pay it but $25/month is ridiculous, don’t waste your time.

i love this app and how everything is organized and the stats it gives but i found out you could only have 100 clothes and if you wanted to add more you had to subscribe so that was a kinda annoying

I started using the app when it was free, shortly after that they introduced the subscription model. I didn’t have an issue with this and got the yearly premium which would have 1000 items. I hadn’t scanned any items in a couple months and now that I started again I realized that many of the items I scanned previously are no longer there. I’m not sure if this happened after the update to subscriptions and before I purchased mine? Either way very frustrating since it was time consuming to add the items only to have them gone later. Other than this issue the app has worked well and I like the feature of OOTD so I can see what I wear or don’t. I’ll definitely keep using if I can get my “lost” items back but if not will probably cancel as the double work is not worth it.

I LOVVVVVED this app so much for about a year. I had all of my clothes uploaded and used it everyday. Then one day, the developers decided they needed to start charging a monthly subscription. The free version only lets you keep 100 items in your closet. So I had to go in and delete around 50 items to even continue making outfits. I understand paying 5$ for an app, but 3.99 A MONTH is ridiculous. Time to start over with a new app.
