So much time spent verifying my identity that I cringed whenever I had to access the app! Also, my friends hated the automated answering process. I wanted the protection from solicitors and spam. But I wasn’t willing to irritate my friends. The cancellation process is like trying to cancel with a cable provider - very annoying! Lots of unnecessary movement required from app to website repeatedly!

It acts like you have no inernet and my kids keep saying what’s going on with the inernet

Customer service agent on 04/24/2034, was outstanding!! Went above & beyond & was knowledgeable in all facets!!!! … knew his stufff!!! I just hope I get the same person the next time as welll !!! I received an alert from Aura this evening for a purchase made 3 days ago. Your alerts are not timely at all. The product ordered already delivered which means there is nothing I could have done to remediate the purchase had it been a theft. Finally the credit card company I used notified me immediately of the over limit. Makes me wonder what I am paying Aura for.

I was charged for call protection. After following the instructions precisely. It blocked even important calls that were listed in my contacts. So that was a waist of 60 plus dollars.

This company and app have to be fake the same person answers the phone stated on phone for a hour no one ever answered be careful this has to be a scam

It keeps sending codes and then rejects the codes. It sends me so I can’t get in.

Joined Aura to mainly lock my credit because of a social security breach and they said you can on the app but there’s not an option to do so on the the app. Called but crazy long wait times. Will update this review as needed.
