  • Free version?

I saw others notes about a free version but it looks like there’s not one. Tried to find a support line to email. It looks like a great app I’m just not in a great financial position because of my ex
  • Issue setting up

I downloaded the app, had to close during the set up and now it’s frozen. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Trying to work with my ex on this app as she already has it set up. She sent a email request. Can’t access it from the computer. Basically stuck until this is fixed with an update
  • Glitch

I just downloaded the APP and it’s glitching in profile set up. I can’t move past “first expense” as the area to add co-parent profile is glitching and it doesn’t give the ability to move the page to finish set up. Had to delete APP and look for another solution.
  • Expenses day Settled but payment never arrived

This is the second time that the app shows expenses have been settled but there is no email showing the payment came through, and the funds never arrived. The first payment said it was made through Zelle. No email came to confirm that payment was actually being sent, and the second time it is Venmo, exact same scenario. How does onward handle payments through services like these which should hit the other parents account immediately? With the bank transactions, I received an email confirming the payment was made and should arrive in xx days time. When I reached out to customer support they told me that I’d have to follow up with Zelle if the payment never came through. . Clearly the integration with these services is not working well and has some bugs which need to be fixed. I also am unable to find where to add or change my payment account after setting up the app.
  • This app is not free

This app has so many glitches. And it is not free. I paid $98/year. Customer service is very slow to respond. I was paid by my coparent with Zelle through the app and it’s been 5 days and it still isn’t in my account. The faq page says 24 hours for money to be in your account. So frustrating.
  • So far so good!

Was excited to try this app to hold my ex accountable for our child. So far it seems quick and easy. Some reviews mention the app is Free but there is a monthly yearly fee that is a bit pricy so if you do all the work in the app and you don’t continue using it. You lose the expense detail.
  • Not free & can’t delete

It was suggested that I use this app for co-parenting as it was supposed to be free. It’s not free, it costs $4.99 a month. The first 15 days are free. I tried to delete the app but it said to delete in the App Store then it told me I can’t delete it! It only covers shared expenses and doesn’t have a spot to discuss pick up or drop off times or anything else. Very disappointed!!
  • Can’t see the entire screen

Why can’t I see the entire screen to complete an action? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and turned my phone off and on. My phone is compatible according to your information. App is completely useless to me due to this issue.
  • Good App but needs a few Improvements

I really like the idea of being able to track and share expenses with a co-parent without needing a full blown communication app. But there are a few things that would make it so much easier. In PA, the custodial parent (who has them the most) is required to pay the first $250 before bills are split. So I STILL have to track the amounts in a separate spreadsheet to know when the 50/50 split begins I also wish there was a way to export the individual expenses as a pdf that included the images. And same but as a whole using the filters. I need to provide other parent monthly expenses and need the proof - would be nice to be able to export and email. He refuses to get the app but I want it for tracking and because it’s court admissible. I’d love to be able to filter to one child and send all related expenses by date order. The only export all lumped together with links to photos - and other parent isn’t so excel/tech saavy to know what to even do with that. Plus I am not sure if the links open to view the image in the excel export if you do not have the app installed.
  • Question about disputes on payments

Is there a way to dispute a payment on this app? My ex has a tendency of trying to get me to reimburse for unnecessary things.
