Long time player here. This isn’t a game because games are designed to be enjoyable. This is an app designed to frustrate so that free players quit and paying players get frustrated and spend more money. After the first 40 hours which are designed to be amazing, you will experience frustration 90% of your time with the game, if not more. Again, this is by design because Second Dinner does not care if you have fun. Their intention is to create addicts, similar to gambling. There’s even leaked emails and deleted Discord posts proving that they despise their own customers. Any negative opinions or comments about the game will get you immediately banned from their Discord without warning. If you decide to play, just know those 20 losses in a row aren’t your fault… You’ve been getting matched against whales and unbeatable bots because the free players have left. There is no mercy. There is no support (literally just ai that feeds you lip service and hopes you give up). You could easily lose 49 out of 50 matches and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it. Spending money only makes the matchmaking even harder. Toxic player base AND bots lol. Just pure trash from the worst devs (Second Dinner) of all time. If I had F U money, I would pay someone to figure out which people are most responsible for my frustrations and then get revenge.

I don’t write reviews but after several months of playing this, I feel like I should give those considering this game a warning. Stay far away from this mess. You will never be paired with anyone that is within your skill level and it takes forever to get cards. The matchmaking is head scratching bad. It doesn’t matter how good of a deck you build, you will ALWAYS be paired against someone who is the exact counter to your build. When the meta changes, it’s like you are always shy 1 critical card for the build. Just stay away. Second Dinner might as well hold you up a gun point and rob you blind. Shame.

The game is not balanced and is very heavy on micro transactions. The game punishes you for not having the latest cards especially when you get to the higher rankings and the only way to get new and better cards is to spend money. Avoid playing this game if you don’t into the latest meta or spending money to keep up with the meta.

This might be the best mobile game because it feels like the developers are actually trying to make a fun game

Would be a lot better if the deck draw would actually make sure you have a card to play for each turn. What is the point of having a deck if for turn one all it shows are my turn 5 and 6 cards. A lot of my matches I can’t even put a card down till turn 3 or 4. Decent game if they would make it where you had access to your whole deck from the get go so you could have strategy instead of everything being RNG.

You won’t have any fun unless you spend lots of money. The game itself is really fun but everything else about it is ridiculous. The acquisition, the matchmaking, the location rng, etc. It’s just not worth it you won’t stay relevant as a free to play player and even if you say “ok I’ll just get the season pass” you don’t make nearly enough in game currency to keep up with all the new cards anyways. It really is just a cash grab. I play just cause I have so much invested already and the art is genuinely great. The gameplay is fun but you will get put into situations and against bots that will force you to play in certain ways in order to finish mission. I want my money back tbh but hey hopefully you don’t spend yours.

Change storm back! Say it with me! Change storm back, change storm back! 4-5 makes no sense! Why change it when it used to make sense! Don’t look away when 3-2 is the way!

This game promised me a free game where everything was included and I just had to earn the rewards No No No it’s nothing like that at all the cards are so hard to obtain you might as well buy them. Idk why phone games don’t understand we don’t like playing games on the phone unless we at work so make it so difficult. It’s almost as bad as master duel with the pay to play

Game is fun but it’s stupid when you obviously face someone one who has better cards than you when you just started it makes no sense the game isn’t balance like that and especially when I’m barley getting green cards and facing people with purple cards and people I don’t even have it makes the game frustrating and annoying and just makes me hate it
