It was straight garbage

hello!!!! at first, i was nervous since im on mobile (phone) and believed the game would take up a major amount of my space. sure, it took up a fair share of around 20GB, but it's worth it. i can power thru the game quickly, having already ascending my characters for the first time one day after starting to play. it's turn based, which i wasn't used to, but the step by step guidance to learn how to play really helps. the graphics are smooth, gameplay is entertaining, and so far the world quests / missions are relatively short. i play genshin, and its nice to have the opportunity to switch between the two games when i feel burnt out while playing the other. overall, i love the game and am very excited for the new updates !! :3

It's ridiculous that hoyo, a billion dollar casino company, is being so cheap that they won't fairly compensate and work with the English VAs. Don't replace them, work with them! It's absurd and another knock against this greedy game.

Leaves one of the most common sustain units with a debilitating bug for an entire patch and can’t even bother to have consistent voice acting for English.

Biggest update in a year (3.0) and the MAIN CHARACTER (Stelle) isn’t even voiced —along with many others. HoYo can fix this, either by signing an agreement or changing the voice actors, but they refuse to. It’s ruining my enjoyment, I won’t be making more purchases or advancing the story until this is fixed.

I contacted customer service and they confirmed that you basically have 0% chance of obtaining a 5-star character before the 75th pull. That is $150. And you have a (supposedly, probably higher) 50% chance of that not being the 5-star you want. The next is guaranteed to be so, however, that means that pulling one copy of a 5 star character that you want is $300. Maybe not if you have super good luck, but for the average joe that’s the cost of this “F2P” game. That’s not even including the light cone (weapon) you need to make the most of those characters…

If you enjoy pulling a character only to watch them to get power crept in a couple of months because there’s nothing else to do in the game, then this is the game for you. Barely any events, only character related content is YouTube videos, extremely shallow gameplay… this might as well be a 3D visual novel except the story quality is also subpar. The devs clearly don’t care to give it the attention they give their other games

Day one player here. I absolutely love this game. Regularly released new content and I’m actually invested in the story of the game taking my time and talking to every npc I walk by lol. It’s a great game to have on the go! Easy to learn with some neat mechanics to shake things up like break effects and excited for the upcoming remembrance class. My favorite thing is the plethora of characters you can use! You don’t always have to have the “meta” to thrive in the game. To this day I’m still using the goated Welt in my lineup! You can trailblaze at your own pace without worrying about missing too much if you take a break. If you’re thinking of downloading this game, definitely recommend! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I’ve had this game since the beginning. I was one of the many people who preordered it. Let me just say, it’s amazing. I can’t quite put it into words. I may have had some problems when I first played such music and voices being heard while the scene has stopped on one spot or the loading screen buffering. After the problem was resolved, I didn’t have any problems until I lost interest and uninstalled it. I regained interest and was ready to play. Unfortunately, the problems I had when I first played came back. It’s fine when I change servers, but I rather keep my progress than start over. Please help me out!
