Just like everything else at NYT, this will cost a subscription price after the first week. I’d rather deal with ads than pay a subscription that I can’t afford. I’ll find the copycats and play those, instead.

I am done with this game three times now my wordle game stats have reset back to zero when I know I didn’t miss a day. It’s very frustrating.

My teen son got me into Wordle and then I got both my teen sons into the NYT crosswords. I’m glad they’re doing something educational online and we share our scores and time with one another via text. It’s a great way to connect! I have always loved crosswords and I’m happy this app has allowed me to share that love of word puzzles with my kids!

I wish that ALL the games had archives to play and not just the crosswords. Wordle, connections, and sudoku are my fav!

I’ve been paying for the games for two years and I love it. However, I do not have access to all of the games. Vortex and Strands aren’t available with my subscription. Friends of mine who do not pay for the subscription have all access.

The NY Times games have become part of my morning coffee time ritual…. As addictive as caffeine???

Why aren’t all the games (like Vertex and Strands) in the games app? This doesn’t make sense. I stumbled on vertex and stands and have to play them via web browser on my phone instead of in the Games app. Spelling bee buddy should also be in the app. I have to have 3 web pages open to play two additional games and use spelling bee buddy. Why? I use the app daily and this is dumb. House all the games and features relevant to games in the app.

I love this app and all the puzzles, but wish Strands and Vertex were included on the app. Please make that happen

I have a lot of fun with the free version of this app but here I sit at 4pm on a Saturday and I somehow missed todays mini crossword and can only do Sunday’s mini. At 4pm. If I want to do todays, I have to pay. I also wish there was a leaderboard for connections! ***Update - I am not confused, I am simply saying it’s dumb to have the crosswords change over so early. Why not midnight and 10pm eastern?

I love the app, which is better and easier than using Safari each time I play. But where is the Strands game?
