I was so excited to buy and play this game however upon opening the game the screen went black and i was unable to do anything. I have contacted support. If they get back to me i will update my review

App loads and once you click start it goes to a black screen. I should have read the reviews before purchasing because it seems like others have had the same issue. So sad my kiddos can't play.

So, paid $15 for this game for my daughter to play and as soon as I hit "start game", it goes to a black screen and nothing happens. I reached out to technical support and tried to have them help. Alex, technical support, had me give him all this information and said he was going to help. At this point, Alex quit responding to me and no assistance has been given any further. I still cannot get the game to work, and of course, I am out the $15. I am happy to change this review once assitance is given and I can get my money worth of this purchase. As well, it appears this problem has been fixed in the past.

downloaded this and i'm really sad after paying and starting it up it lets me put my name in but then goes to a black screen. i ws really looking forward to playing. contacted the developers. i really hope they help. if not i'm going to find a way to get my money back

Please update all your ClueFinders' apps. They have needed updating for awhile. They keep crashing.

This game doesn't run on Mac OS Catalina. Very disapointed.

I just loved this game growing up and now other generations can enjoy it too. But lately I can't seem to work my app on my computer now I try to play it and it won't go on, I play practice mode but I can't to story mode, it just goes blank. I hope this problem can be fixed

The app loads to the main screen but then once you click start, it goes to a black screen. Reached out to tech support so we will see if they are able to resolve the issue. ****************** UPDATE: I contacted their customer support and they were able to correct the issue! Game works perfectly now!

Downloaded for my Mac and the game doesn't work passed the sign in screen. The screen just goes black. Contacted the company so hopefully they'll get back to me.

Paid to pay the game. Doesn't work past the opening video.
