Update max friendship level and ‘Other Springfield’

Love this game

Every single day the game literally erases the game from my phone and I have to redownload it just to play the game. I’m deleting this game til you guys fix the problem the game has been out for too long for you guys to still have this problem with the game.

Every time I click on EA to log into account the tapped out app closes

This game is fun but really annoying how it downloads updates and lets you log on maybe twice and then it stops loading all together. I realize it’s a big game but got to do something about the downloads, most of the time I can’t even tell what it’s doing be nice if could see progress of downloads instead of spinning donut of nothingness. Fix this problem and game could be epic again.

I’m having trouble completing a quest. It says I have the metal depot already in my village but it’s no where to be found. I’ve tried everything and looked everywhere for it and nothing. If you can please help and reach out back to me it’ll be appreciated.

I’ve always loved this game! In fact tapped out is probably my favorite game I have on my phone! I’ve had this game for over 2 years and the other day I finally decided to create an EA account so my Springfield could be saved in case something happened to my phone. When I finally made an EA account, it let me play but then I had to put my phone down to do some things and the app restarted. I got back on my phone and opened up the app and it took forever to load! And it’s been doing this ever since I’ve created an account! EA Please help!

I think the game has finally caught up with Father Time and the development of the game. The prize tracks take more engagement now and they’re all just decorations. Hardly any characters are available on the prize tracks. Logging in every 4-hrs just really isn’t the way people play phone games anymore with apps like nba 2k, TikTok or IG.

Not sure why but I have to install and uninstall all the time! I love this game so much but will stop playing if it don’t stop sadly :(

I love this game and have off and on for years. The only thing I would like to see changed is the ability to be able to zoom out far enough to see all or almost all of our town at a time. It makes it easier, for designing purposes, to be able to see it from further up. I am on iOS 17 with an iPhone 14
