At first, I hated the look, but after playing with it for a bit it does feel like the future of email. An email inbox is usually a combo of a chat, to do list, and quick search. This somehow makes all that work better and keeps things uncluttered at the same time. Loving it

I'm not sure what the point of this new Desktop version is, as Spark Classic worked just fine. There are quite a few bugs, such as: - Issues with copy and pasting - Adding formatting to text gets annoying, as you can't see the formatting bar until you actually select the text - And so on... But the biggest annoyance is the inability to open emails in separate windows. I am a power user and always have multiple emails open side by side. Just a suggestion - maybe instead of concentrating on AI and fancy features, you can get the basic functionality working as it should? I love your products and would love to see you fix these bugs and get the multiple windows option in place. Then I will start using it again.

Spark keep evolving with cutting edge features, with features, easy integration with email providers and great usability

The biggest gap for me is the lack of the integrated calendar. I downloaded this version, which matches closely to the PC version (I.e. no calendar) and then wound up deleting in favor of classic.

I love the sorting capabilities of Spark. I own a business and have emails coming in for many different reasons (new client registrations, financials, webchat notifications, etc). It is very nice to have these sorted into different mailboxes. It makes finding emails much more efficient.

Writing emails should be detachable and not fixed to the client. Templates should all be accessible via shortcuts. Everything needs to be able to be done without picking up mouse.

Need a simple email client that is easily accessed on any device? Plus team inbox capabilities! I tried and tested dozens until finding Spark - the perfect email client!

So glad Spark Classic is still avialable. This new version took the best available mail app and made it frustrating and unusable. So many confounding design choices... Why hide necessities and remove basic features? I'm all for adding AI but this seems like one step forward, five steps back :(
