What happened to the Fade in/ Fade out function? It is very handin for adjusting sound transitions. Updated to the latest version and cannot find it.

I have been using this app for years, after purchasing either Pro or VIP, back when this app came out, I believe, 2018 or 2019. This app WAS great until I tried creating a video today, 2/13/24, and now all of the cross fades I was accustomed to, with my purchase, are all now locked out! I had tried "restore my purchase" within the app and still locked out! Then, like an idiot, I deleted the app and reinstalled on my iPhone, and lost all of my videos in my library AND still locked out of features that I have been using, for years. I was emailed instructions to contact customer support, and the customer support "Contact Us" will not allow me to submit my issue, not to mention, the response was in either Chinese or Japanese. I had to translate to figure out what it was saying.

When combine 2 video there are some part that lacking or not as smooth as other part Mostly happened with the reverse , slow mo ,video that have flashing light in it And it always freeze when I edit long video I might have to cancel vip if those issue not solved

I love this app but after I paid for the Full Lifetime VIP it only worked for awhile and now suddenly it’s stopped working. Every effect and theme is greyed out. They no longer work. Customer service is hard to reach. I sent them an email. I hope they reply.

I pay for this app so it should be running correctly
