    Design space rarely ever works properly. There’s always some type of technical issue. Extremely frustrating.

    Apparently according to the app, my cricut joy does not exist even though I can actively pair with it via Bluetooth outside of the app. No matter what I do (refresh, turn it off and on, reload or relaunch the app, turn off and on Bluetooth, etc.) it says that there isn’t a cricut machine near me. This isn’t the first time that I have had this kind of issue with the app either, it’s just the worst time it’s occurred. The app also is having me re-setup my machine to even use the it. Also nothing loads, just a blank screen and a loading symbol. I’m glad I don’t have a business or other project depending on this working correctly.

    I bought this thing from my wife and she started playing with it and she did not like it was kind of complicated for her so I said OK let me put it away and I put away one day. I decided I was gonna go ahead and take it out dust it off and see what kind of things you can do with it and now I’m hooked on it so it was for my wife but ended up for me. It’s a great machine Ive used it to create a lot of decals..

    After purchasing the subscription it kept prompting me to purchase the subscription. I was never able to use the paid features. When I asked for a refund I was refused. When I tried to ask for assistance I never received a response.

  • Won’t connect via BT

    Neither of my machines will connect to my computer via Bluetooth. Every time I start a project I have to completely go into the computer. Make the computer forget the machine and then reconnect a little work until next time I’ve called multiple times with no help from support.

    I’m so tired of something not working. I work in tech and fixing IT/printer problems is my day job. But there is always something with Cricut that doesn’t work and I’m constantly having to find work arounds. I honestly think they do it on purpose seeing how much they push subscriptions and upgrades. Horrible. I’m just going to move onto a different brand.

    I have been trying all day to do a project and every time it crashes Update: I have restarted my phone and iPad, it’s currently updated to most current update on. Oth devices and I have depressed the app and reinstalled. I still can’t make my project.

    I would love to rate this better but it’s always crashing like after every update there’s always a new issues popping up. Even if I’m working on something simple and easy the app will give me issues. I have to use this until I can afford a laptop to work off of. Like right now I’m having issues with the app not printing the images correctly and then closing out on me every time I try to make something.

    I bought a Maker.. $400, and found out afterwards I needed a subscription to use it. Totally disgusted.
