This app is laid out great which, the downfall is the miscommunication between the app and stores! I’ve not received my order twice when ordering delivery, each time I call the store says there was never an order even though it shows in recents.

It runs slowly and has failed to complete transactions all but one single time. I love the food, but I’m not fighting your app. You cheaped out on us with this non-functional app, so you can go broke. Should have thought of the customers instead of rich investors.

Great service. Salmon was very good as usual. Pork feast was awesome. Time for a nap.

It’s been a year at least since I’ve been using this app. On both android and apple phones it just does not want to work. You Need to fix bugs that cause you to not be able to order food through the app.

Part of my delivery order was never delivered and there is no way to resolve it. So I paid for something I never received and had no way to get refunded. If that isn’t the definition of a scam, then I’m not sure what is.

Ordered for 15 team members. After I entered everything, it locked up when I tried to submit for payment. Could not recover. Placed order with Chipotle. Hard to believe they can’t get an app working correctly. There are thousands of apps that can take an order successfully. Maybe hire a high school kid to get this working for you. No telling how much money you all are losing right now.

Please make this app smarter and fix the bugs. Two examples: 1. Got to the payment screen. Error message appears telling me order cannot go through because one of the items is not available. But it won’t tell me which item so I can revise my 9-item order. Seriously? 2. Delivery on same day did not show as available. I called the branch and was told yes they are delivering today and I should still be able to make a delivery order. Do away with the app if it’s going to be so frustrating to use!

This App consistently gives me issues. Often, I’m unable to Log In. Once I’m able to Log-In, the Re-Order feature rarely works. Please fix these issues.

I tried delivery during a promotional “free delivery” period, but then they used Doordash?! Im sure the driver would have liked a better tip but because i didn’t go through the DD app there was no way to give one
