This app is really great. It’s actually helping me lose some weight and making sure that I get my workout done for the day.

Even the free version has great features

Just learned about Barre from this app and have been doing great at meeting my workout “goal”. I really enjoy the video/class workouts vs the motion pictures but hoped there would be more cardio targeted workouts. Need to make the most of what I paid for lol

I tried the free workout program and wanted to continue, but I was unable to actually buy pro. Frustrating.

Esta aplicación es buena para principiantes, ya que los workouts para estos son gratuitos. Sin embargo las demás rutinas tiene un costo. La app es fácil de manejar puedes ver cuanto ejercicios has hecho en el día en la aplicación entre otras cosas. Las rutinas de la aplicación son diversas, estas están divididas por categorías y dentro de esas categorías hay rutinas con dificultades diferentes dentro de la misma. Por otro lado no existe la retroalimentación en la app, no te da recomendaciones si haces el ejercicio bien o no. Sin embargo se toma en consideración la autenticidad de esta. Son ejercí realistas que se pueden modificar ya sea para hacer la rutina en la casa o en el gimnasio. Además de eso la habilidad de pensamiento de la aplicación es muy bueno, puedes configurar recordatorios dentro de la app y también puedes hacer tu plan alimenticio en ella. No obstante si estás buscando una app donde puedas ejercitarte junto a otros usuarios y tener interacciones con ellos esta aplicación no lo tiene. Por último si estás comenzando y no encuentras la motivación para hacer tus ejercicios esta aplicación te provee videos explicativos de cómo debes hacer los ejercicios y puedes ir a tu ritmo, al finalizar cada ejercicio este te dice un mensaje de motivación para que sigas ejercitándote. En conjunto toda la aplicación se ve bien, puedes entender todo y es muy organizada. En general si recomendaría la aplicación pero tomaría en cuenta si quiero o no pagar por mas rutinas.

I downloaded 8fit shortly after I was cleared to workout after having my second baby. There are SO many workouts and I appreciate the search option that allows you to select the amount of time you have to workout, which muscles you want to target, and even the form of workout you’d like to do. Some days I only have twenty minutes to power through a workout, and this app has SO many options. THE ONLY SUGGESTION I HAVE (and I would greatly appreciate) is to allow the workouts we add to ‘favorites’ to be split into folders. There are some great lower body workouts I’d like to go back to, and it would help to have them a little more organized in the folder. Overall - for a mama of two with a full time job, this gets the job done in place of the gym!

cancel instructions are endless loop

I had this app over five years ago and found out they are still charging me for it. I have tried cancelling many times and they always say it’s canceled but then I see a charge a year later. They will scam you.
