As per usual, the “free” app is not free. And they only tell you this after you give them your email.

We used the app to reserve parking at a garage near my hospital for a procedure. When we got there, the garage said they were full, they don’t care that we had a reservation. We had to quickly find another, more expensive garage to arrive in time for my procedure.

Literally charged me $30.00 and I didn’t even used this app once , they provided zero value for me or what I even needed. But don’t charge me $30.00 upfront on the pretense that it was a “free” trail ??? I except a FULL REFUND ! Everyone be aware of these thieves who deserve -stars

They charged me and I downloaded months ago. I never used this. Charged without permission.

I was looking for parking near Oceana Theater. The app showed me very convenient parking right across the street. I was so happy. When we got there, it was a residential complex where only tenants and guests could park. Then we had to spend another 20 min looking for street parking

Do not use unless you want to lose money!

I had previously found this app to be useful but came out this morning to find my car towed because the app didn’t show the correct parking restrictions. Lesson learned—check the signage instead of relying on this app.

This app hasn’t let me down yet, the UI could use some work, a small learning curve but overall this is a good app that deserves more attention.

Got a ticket because the reservation I booked didn’t go through some how? I literally used the app to get to the spot I parked. Will be switching to Park Whiz. Super frustrating.
