Every time try to open the app, keep asking weird questions. The keep forcing you to pay for premium. Not recommend anymore.

I have been using my app for a few days now. The app icons keep flashing, scanner is incorrect and can’t toggle between pages with out closing and going back into. I have the pro and will not recommend this.

Then to find out it’s all paid versions

I wanted to use this app because I currently use MFP, Water Minder, and Zero fasting and thought this app would be great as it has all of that in one but the fasting feature is not what I wanted. It doesn’t allow it to go past the 16hr mark. Like I fasted for 19 hours and when I looked at the app, it had already ended my fast at 16 hours and started my eating window. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed but I now have to go back to the other 3 apps. Also it has my calories burned at 400,000 and my available calories to eat at 163,500. I checked my goals to make sure I didn’t accidentally set my calorie goal to like 16,000 instead of 1,600 and I didn’t so I have no idea. I will be going back to my other apps and hopefully stuff will get fixed with this one and I can come back.

I have only been using it for a couple weeks and I must say this is one of the best apps that has healed my relationship with food. It’s very easy for me to just go a couple days without eating but this app sends me reminders to have snacks and log my meals and water. Which is really nice when you’re in the headspace to not want to eat. There is something about closing all my caloric circles for the day that is helping me stay on track. I love that there are no good foods and bad foods. It’s just food. I also love that you can upload and scan virtually anything and it has it right there for you. I love creating recipes and this helps me grocery shop by saving the ingredients I used in previous meals. The water logging system is very easy and I am a huge fan that it connects to my Apple Watch. And all of this is just the regular version, not even the premium subscription or anything. I cannot express how much I love this app.

*The app is great and I love it* The only thing that I would of suggested to be adding is the Daily Intake Recommendation Values or Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) for Minerals and Vitamins according to The World Health Organization guidelines or other trusted entities such USDA or FDA. I would love to see adjacent to the values for example, the allowance of (Salt, Sodium), Sugars and Fibers that I am supposed to take daily.

After the most recent update; the app is not longer tracking my steps and workouts. I have disconnected and reconnected my health app to no avail.

My mom first recommended me this app and when I got it they were having a sale on subscriptions and they also let me spin a wheel and get even more off! Now that’s a deal and with all the perks that come with it.

UPD I reinstalled the app- and everything finally fixed When I’m trying to find correct food, I can only use ADD button, here is no Search button where I can choose correct Item

Приложение хорошее, в целом мне нравится только у меня проблема с изменением цели, я пытаюсь изменить план питания на «высоко белковый» или изменить цель но после того как я выбираю новую цель то приложение реснички все до первоначальной цели, я даже не могу изменить дневную цель БЖУ.
