Ya me robaron Sus repartidores 3 veces, y la empresa se hace tonta con estos robos, no hay forma de meter una queja o de acalararlo, los clientes pagan las con concecuencias . El servicio de taxis funciona increíble, el de comida es muy malo, pero muy muy muy MALO !! —sigo sin resolver el problema, solo me enviaron un link a su página, siguen evadiendo los problemas, que triste de una app que mayormente nueva, en cuanto a envíos y comida ya me cambié a “RAPPI” seguiré usando como hace 4 años si servicio de taxis, hasta que funcione. Gracias por su *”NULA”* ayuda

Tengan cuidado! Si hacen un pedido con cargo a tu tarjeta y por alguna razón Didi cancela, ellos no te regresan el dinero de inmediato como lo cobran. Tardan hasta más de 30 días en hacerte el reembolso. Cuídate y si puedes NO uses Didi

Como es que permiten que los conductores usen cuentas que no si quiera son suyas como no va a ver un control y hoy me tocó irme en un viaje y el conductor venía drogado el carro tenía olor a mariguana y iba tomando

I heard of this app as I was commuting to Colombia . At 1st the 1st ride I requested everything went well and smoothly . Hours later when I requested a ride to go to a different location it was denied and telling me to pay in cash . What was the reason it’s unknown . As I contact customer service , the representative tells me that there isn’t anything he can do that if I wish to use the service to just pay cash . It’s a huge inconvenience.

Didi is good , but it will be good if they can tell their drivers not to always be on their phone while driving for safety purpose and it will be nicer if did can improve in letting us add two locations

I saw this advertised while I was in Japan, but I found it to be entirely useless. I could wait 5 minutes and still get no response to a ride request. I used a competitor and always got immediate responses. I don't know if this is a Didi issue or just a they don't work will in Japan thing. The complete lack of status updates and what's going on behind the scenes in the app is a bad design. You can't tell if it's working or not.

Has DiDi just been hacked? Mid ride my account was closed so I had to pay cash. Then two hours later I was charged twice on my credit card. And now I have to create a new account! What is going on!? This weird experience has now happened on two occasions, weeks apart. However, if you wait a few days your account will magically reappear.
