I love TikTok platform it is incredible

I love the app and I use it all the time but as of late my profile views aret working. When it shows me someone has viewed my profile I go and look and it but it says to refresh. When I refresh it still wont load and just say the same thing. Is their a way you can fix this or possibly tell me how to and maybe others who are experiencing or experienced this problem?

My camera on tt isn’t working at all I need help on how to fix it I’ve cleared the cache, freed up drafts, updated the app and shut my phone off
