    Used to be a great app when the main focus of the app was to track my packages with the option to see the tab with shops to buy from. Now the shop area is so prominent it took me 3 minutes to find where my tracked orders are. I’ll go back to checking the sites I order from directly.

    Shop had a merchant on the app that came up when I was looking for some new pans. The pans were priced much lower than anywhere else which was a red flag but in a moment of weakness I ordered them anyway. I received an order confirmation from the seller and was surprised to see they were located in Japan. I’ve ordered many items from Japan and have never had any problems. Long delivery times but prompt shipping. I began emailing the seller with no response. 10 days later the link to the seller disappeared from Shop and the sellers website and email also disappeared. All that to say- Shop provides NO avenue to protect or intervene for the buyer. Affirm and other sites will help resolve issues between buyers and sellers. Shop obviously needs to improve the vetting of the merchants they promote on their site.

    I use this app to track pretty much everything I buy online. HOWEVER. It drives me absolutely nuts that I can’t view more than about 6 active orders at once from the orders page. I usually have at least that many tracked at any given time, and to view any that don’t show, I have to search for them. This app could really use a feature update that gives the option to view all active tracked orders.

  • Still hate shop app and Dambshop don’t do anything with Dambshop

    I order from a vendor they never filled the order there is no way to contact the vendor the emails come back failed to send. Can’t contact shop can’t contact the vendor. The tracking feature is a joke it tells me it never shipped when it has arrived next day after it arrived it said it’s shipped. I never wanted to use the shop app and as soon as I get this issue resolved I’m deleting it and never dealing with shop again. I think Dambshop is inactive but still taking money seems like that is something a shopping app should do something about. Shop app is a pointless time wasting hassle not sure why I was forced to use it.

    Do not like some of the recent updates. I would like to be able to click the tracking number and pull up tracking right away vs. a menu where I have to click again to track. Also want to see my orders first, not have to scroll sideways to the end of a list to get to “my orders”.

    Shipping was about a week. USPS did deliver to my door. The coat and dress had some unexpected twists. I may exchange them for something else.

    They offer 1% cash back on purchases. There is no way to retrieve the “cash back”. Why use this when they are clearly lying about cash back and the consumer has no way to contact their so called “customer service” I think it is time the attorney general was apprised of these nefarious practices. Absolutely a ripoff. I am sure that business aligned with them are unaware of their shoddy practices.
