You will no longer get jackpots. I haven’t seen one in the last 2 months. You will not be able to advance without making a purchase. You shouldn’t have to pay so much for a fake game. This is supposed to be entertainment not going broke just to have a good time. The only way I get money without a purchase is from the purchases and winnings of other players in our club. The charms are duplicates constantly so you are not able to gather all of them in order to complete without purchasing or wasting money. It seems I’m not the only one that feels this way.

On or about Feb. 24, 2024 I had 2 Gold Puzzle Pieces disappear from my puzzle. I heard nothing from tech support. Didn’t know if this was result of glitches in program at that time. Please return my puzzle pieces.

Don’t even START to play this game. Everyone saying it is set up to force players to spend money is spot-on! All of the reassurances from the developers are absolute lies. They have side games that you LITERALLY cannot finish unless you spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. They CAN’T dispute that. They won’t even give you a straight up chance to buy your way into completing the side game (Charms.) Just let you keep spending money *hoping* you’ll get what you need. (Spoiler alert: you don’t.) Run, don’t walk from this game!

This game used to be awesome a few years ago. Yes thats right. Ive been spinning since the game came to the app store. Masters club. Top players live there. So trust me when i say. If you arent prepared to spend THOUSANDS of dollars. Download a different slot game that actually pays out. The entire game is based on spending real money. The more you can bet per spin allows for more and better rewards. Charms. Cannot get 5 star charms by spinning. And even when u do decide to drop a hundred or a couple hundred. You design the game in a way that people loose their chips. You earn real money but give people fake money to play with.You never think about if some people are not able to buy chips 😡 It’s possible this game is their only hobbies. Also, how is it possible to have hundreds gold tickets but not even get match puzzles ! This is absolutely ridiculous.

When you reopen the game after not playing for a little while, you’re greeting with a ton of popups for in-game purchases and other features. Really annoying. Like literally 10+. I deleted the app. I just wanna play slots, stop delaying it with junk
