I look forward to exploring all of the many ways BigVU is helping to make creating social content easier. So far, the experience has been excellent. For somebody technology challenged, I’m finding the bells and whistles to be self explanatory. Like everything in life, ya gotta just get started. Additionally, I’ve appreciated the speedy costumer service responses. A rarity today. For that alone… 5 stars

I don’t understand the high subscription rates on these apps. From all the negative reviews and that price tag … well, it’s not worth it. There’s other apps all the time and they may actually be an affordable addition to your content creation… not the end all, be all they think they are.

I’m willing to retract and or change this review as things unfold but I bought the professional version two weeks ago have had no problems and then today every project every video every take nine of them to be exact the audio does not sync with the video after the captions are done this does not include the five or six times that the processing just stopped. I need an app that works so that I can do my work without working on the app. I hope to hear from the developers ASAP.

Use of the microphone should be automatic I shouldn’t have to go toggling for it and adjusting it constantly. Likely will cancel.

I like the app. The teleprompter is easy to use and recognizes foreign language like Spanish. It has other features like smooth skin and lighting. I do think the pricing is over the top. I’m wondering who their target market is. Even adobe is cheaper than this app.

The Caption feature does not allow me to re position it on the screen. I am unable to correct the words. I contacted customer support and re installed it, but the problems remain. Not satisfied

I’ve had this app for many years and has always been buggy. Great idea with tons of features but they need to get the core functionality stable. with the latest update, the video lags, and it’s hard to record from a script
