I am a returning player. I used to play a long while ago. Put some good time and money and effort into this game because I thought it was fun. Then they forced me to move realms and took all of that away. I just tried to come back to it and there is no way to get in touch with support and all my previous stuff is still gone.

This game used to be a hidden gem the game was awesome! Now it pay to play to the max and now no one plays anymore.

Could you please make it so I can transfer my data from my android phone to my iPhone, I feel it’s unfair to have to restart even if I didn’t get very far, I got a new iPhone and was told that my data couldn’t be transferred over to this phone even if I was on the same account, I find this a very dumb feature that needs to be changed, I love this game, been playing on multiple different accounts over time and would like to stick to the one I’ve got now, I’ve always hated restarting and I really don’t want to again, I know I’m not the only user that would appreciate this being added. Needs more promotion

when they started this game, it was fun place and nice experience; you install it and having fun playing it finding friends and you expect this procedure keeps going and getting better by time passes, but after a year and year after it they made it worse and all about money and it’s nothing compared to their disrespectful talks and attitude by player support when you talk to them they don’t resolve the issues and they don’t care the suffer that you endured.

After playing this game and spending hundreds of dollars on it I am rejoining a year later, however the game says “ a lot has changed we recommend starting a new account” with no button or option other than select your new starting character, so all the time and money they can just erase and force you to restart and rebuy at there will, this game truly is a scam.

This game no longer welcomes players like it used to. I can no longer compete with players whom spend hundreds of dollars. This isn’t a fair game at all.

This game is full of racist Chinese players who run through everyone that isn’t Chinese on every server. An American player would have to pay $2000 to get the same amount of rewards a Chinese player would get for $1000 in china. This allows Chinese whales to spend less money, to get more rewards then the American players further throwing off the power balance. The devs won’t address this nor will they confirm that it’s true but you can look this information up for yourself.

Dev can’t fix

I don’t why a type of phone or tablet gives you different in game advantages. One example I play on my iPad my brother plays on his phone(android) he gets different specs for abilities. He gets 5 slots to make different builds with his abilities but I only get one. An if I want to change mine I have to do one every day or pay with linari.
