Worst app ever

If I could give zero stars, I would. I love my lights but a waste of money since I can’t use the app to control them. Wasted money.

So my mom has these Christmas light and I HAD the LED lights which are expensive might I say. And they don’t last 1st of all, mine literally stopped working not even a year so I got different ones. And 2nd they don’t work if it’s from 2019 (the lights) with the app. Plus now it’s 2022 and you aren’t able to login at all. It’s terrible. Please don’t waste ur time with this anymore. Also before when it actually worked it was so confusing to set timers and the light colors etc. and there wasn’t much variety of what colors and customs u were able to do so these lights are kinda just a bust.

You can't use any of the 2019 lights anymore as they broke the default password for the lights. Useless hunk of junk

Bought this thinking it would be neat to have something different! I was only able to get one good Christmas out of these lights!! It no longer connects as it should in the App, we’ve tried trouble shooting! Definitely NOT worth the money!! Very disappointing!

App wont even log in. Network time out. Very frustrating. Seems to not work anymore and app is very NOT user friendly.

The app is ok, but I have 7 boxes of lights that I cannot use because so many lights are out. Without the lights, I can’t use the app. Do not buy theses lights. I have wasted about $400. I even purchased insurance from Home Depot and they will not accept the return or give me store credit. That is how bad the lights are

Every since the last update the app runs sloooow and lags. Hardly ever connects to it now and constantly having to refresh or clear data. iPhone 11 Pro here.
The App Doesn’t Work

At first I was very excited to unbox these lights and hang them up. After downloading the app, I was very disappointed. You can only have a certain type of wifi for them or you can’t continue with anything. I’m one of the lucky people who doesn’t have the WiFi it’s asking for. The app is the only way to customize them, and I can’t even use it. I’m very aggravated and disappointed I can’t use these LED lights, they looked very cool but the app ruined it.

I am disappointed with the app, i hope the developer will fix the issue. The lights will turn on by itself. Most of the time lights doesn’t sync until I reboot my device.
